【摘要】:在当前的产品设计过程中,感性需求的获取为设计人员与用户建立有效的沟通桥梁,感性设计对一个成功的产品开发过程有着至关重要的作用。但是目前仍存在许多问题阻碍了感性设计为产品开发提供智能化的支持。感性数据作为感性设计中的重要组成部分,缺乏可扩展的表示结构,使得不同领域的感性数据相对独立,,很难进行有效的信息共享和复用;而设计概念往往根据其设计对象的组成特征进行不同的分类和表达,对智能化知识处理造成了很大的阻碍。此外,大部分的专家系统只能为用户提供数据库中已有的设计样图作为指导参考,大大降低了感性设计对智能化产品开发过程的支持力度。 针对以上问题,本文提出了一个基于本体的感性设计系统框架,用以实现感性数据的结构化建模,确保感性设计语义在不同设计领域的一致性,提高感性数据的共享性和复用度,从而为感性设计系统提供自动组合设计方案的数据支持。本体对设计概念的形式化描述为感性设计提供了新的思路,能够为感性知识库的构建和设计方案的组合提供良好的支持。 本文的主要研究工作包含以下几点: 一、提出一套完整的感性设计系统框架,该框架涵盖设计系统构建的完整过程,包括设计概念表示阶段、本体知识推理阶段和设计方案交互阶段。该框架通过可扩展的设计知识库为感性设计提供了良好的支持。 二、提出面向感性设计对象的本体模型,并对感性数据进行了分层概念的描述,为设计特征的语义推理和设计方案的自动组合提供了模型基础。基于该通用本体模型构建了名片设计和网页设计领域的类模型、特征模型和特征约束的详细描述。此外,针对本领域和跨领域的感性数据,描述领域本体的更新和复用方法。 三、提出感性设计的特征选取和组合机制。在通用本体模型的基础上,对不同概念层的感性风格进行语义推理,并应用主要素优先和自顶向下的选取组合策略实现设计方案的自动组合,并给出了设计方案的评价体系构建方法。 最后,本文为实用设计领域构建原型系统,主要选取名片设计为实例,实施感性评价实验,并通过因子分析和数量化1类分析方法对实验结果进行统计分析,建立了面向名片设计领域的感性数据库,并根据设计对象本体的分层概念结构,为该领域资源构建领域本体模型,并设计实现名片设计的原型系统。在该感性设计系统中,用户输入感性需求和设计内容,系统将展示含该感性风格的设计方案,同时用户也可以对设计方案进行个性化的调整操作。此外,对于系统自动组合得到的设计方案,开展了调查实验,通过结果分析验证了设计方案在感性表达上的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the current product design process, the acquisition of perceptual requirements for designers and users to establish an effective communication bridge, perceptual design for a successful product development process plays a vital role. However, there are still many problems that hinder the perceptual design to provide intelligent support for product development. As an important part of perceptual design, perceptual data is lack of extensible representation structure, which makes perceptual data in different fields relatively independent, so it is difficult to share and reuse information effectively. The concept of design is often classified and expressed according to the characteristics of the design object, which is a great obstacle to intelligent knowledge processing. In addition, most expert systems can only provide users with the existing design samples in the database as a guide reference, which greatly reduces the support of perceptual design to the intelligent product development process. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes an ontology based perceptual design system framework to realize the structured modeling of perceptual data, and to ensure the consistency of perceptual design semantics in different design fields. The data sharing and reusing degree of perceptual data are improved to provide data support for automatic combinatorial design scheme for perceptual design system. The formal description of design concepts by ontology provides a new way of thinking for perceptual design and can provide a good support for the construction of perceptual knowledge base and the combination of design schemes. The main research work of this paper includes the following points: first, a set of complete perceptual design system framework is proposed, which covers the complete process of design system construction, including the design concept representation phase. Ontology knowledge reasoning stage and design scheme interactive stage. The framework provides good support for perceptual design through an extensible design knowledge base. Secondly, the ontology model for perceptual design object is proposed, and the hierarchical concept of perceptual data is described, which provides the model foundation for semantic reasoning of design features and automatic combination of design schemes. Based on the generic ontology model, a class model, a feature model and a detailed description of feature constraints in the domain of business card design and web design are constructed. In addition, the updating and reuse methods of domain ontology are described for the perceptual data of the domain and cross-domain. Thirdly, the feature selection and combination mechanism of perceptual design are put forward. Based on the general ontology model, semantic reasoning is carried out on the perceptual styles of different conceptual levels, and the main prime-first and top-down selection combination strategies are applied to realize the automatic combination of design schemes. The construction method of the evaluation system of the design scheme is also given. Finally, this paper constructs the prototype system for the practical design domain, mainly selects the card design as the example, carries on the perceptual appraisal experiment, and carries on the statistical analysis to the experiment result through the factor analysis and the quantification 1 kind analysis method. Based on the hierarchical conceptual structure of the design object ontology, the domain ontology model is constructed for the domain resources, and a prototype system of business card design is designed. In the perceptual design system, the user inputs the perceptual requirements and the design content. The system will display the design scheme which contains the perceptual style, and at the same time, the user can adjust the design scheme individualized. In addition, an investigation experiment is carried out for the design scheme obtained by the automatic combination of the system, and the effectiveness of the design scheme in perceptual expression is verified by the analysis of the results.
