合成气微量CO深度净化新方法实验研究

【摘要】:传统的CO净化技术会造成变换气H_2的损失,为此本文提出通过在CO_2吸附塔出口段加入水气变换催化剂用于合成气CO的深度净化。首先证明了复合系统净化CO的热力学可行性,之后探索不同运行工况对CO净化性能的影响,最后进行了十循环连续测试。结果表明在真实合成气工况下(400℃,2 MPa,5.17%CO,20.8%CO_2,51.8%H_2,20.7%H_2O,1.60%Ar)复合系统具有较好的CO净化性能,其吸附剂利用率τ_(10),τ_(50),τ_(200)依次为0.090~0.337.0.417~0.723,0.699~0.810。
[Abstract]:The traditional CO purification technology will cause the loss of H _ (2) H _ (2), so this paper puts forward the application of water gas shift catalyst to the deep purification of CO in synthesis gas by adding water gas shift catalyst to the outlet section of COS _ 2 adsorption tower. The thermodynamic feasibility of CO purification in the composite system was first proved, and then the influence of different operating conditions on CO purification performance was explored. Finally, ten cycles continuous test was carried out. The results show that the CO purification performance of the composite system is better than that at 400 鈩,
