药剂的残余应力分析及压制设备试制

【摘要】:水幕弹是一种水下使用的产品,由不同种类的粉末材料压制而成,其最终产品决定着水幕弹的实际使用效果。本文以某种水幕弹粉末材料为研究对象,,在国内外研究现状分析和理论总结的基础上,对其压制工艺提出了较为合理的建议。并针对该种粉末成型,从压制理论分析,模具模架设计制造,压制工艺系统的设计等方面进行了深入研究。本文主要研究内容与成果概括为如下几个方面: 首先,介绍了粉体材料有限元分析的理论基础,根据该粉末的物理化学特性,选择适于该种药剂粉末压制的理论方法,以及其边界条件的设置。应用有限元分析软件MSC.marc对压制工艺流程特性进行仿真,分析压制各因素在实际生产中对药剂结构和性能的影响规律,以及这些因素的优化。 其次,结合模具模架设计的理论和实际经验,设计出一套适合本药剂粉末压制的模具模架。为实现粉末压制的不同方式,整套模架设计成上模下压,中模可上下拉动的方式,而且整套模架设计成一体式,便于安装和拆卸。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对整套模具模架进行静力学和动力学分析,使得模具模架既经济又满足实验要求。 最后,搭建液压动力控制系统平台。根据分析药剂应力的要求,压制动力系统采用液压驱动。液压机机架采用C形结构。上模位移采用数显尺控制,定位精确,中模位移采用接近开关控制。整个压制流程采用PLC程序控制,实现供料压制,卸料的自动化完成。触摸屏操作和信息显示,能够方便操作和修改各控制参数。 本文研究方法与成果对水幕弹药剂的开发与应用具有较高的借鉴意义,并对药剂的压制工艺的研究具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Water curtain projectile is a kind of underwater used product, which is made of different kinds of powder materials. Its final product determines the actual application effect of water curtain bomb. In this paper, based on the analysis of the present research situation and theoretical summary at home and abroad, some reasonable suggestions on the pressing technology of a certain powder material of water curtain projectile are put forward. For this kind of powder forming, the analysis of pressing theory, the design and manufacture of die frame and the design of pressing technology system are studied. The main contents and achievements of this paper are summarized as follows: firstly, the theoretical basis of finite element analysis of powder materials is introduced, according to the physical and chemical properties of the powder, The theoretical method suitable for the powder compaction and the setting of its boundary conditions are selected. The finite element analysis software MSC.marc is used to simulate the characteristics of pressing process, and the influence of various factors on the structure and performance of the reagents in actual production is analyzed, as well as the optimization of these factors. Secondly, according to the theory and practical experience, a set of mould frame suitable for powder compaction is designed. In order to realize the different ways of powder compaction, the whole mould holder is designed as the mode of pressing down the upper die and the middle die can be pulled up and down, and the whole mould holder is designed as an integrated type, which is easy to install and disassemble. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the statics and dynamics of the whole mould frame, which makes the mould frame economic and meet the requirements of the experiment. Finally, the hydraulic power control system platform is built. According to the requirement of analyzing the stress of the medicament, the pressing power system is driven by hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic press frame adopts C-shaped structure. The upper die displacement is controlled by digital ruler, the position is accurate, and the middle mode displacement is controlled by proximity switch. The whole process of pressing is controlled by PLC program to realize the automation of feeding and unloading. Touch screen operation and information display, can easily operate and modify the control parameters. The research methods and achievements in this paper have a high reference significance for the development and application of water curtain ammunition agent, and also have certain guiding significance for the research of the reagents compaction technology.
