低燃温薄膜型诱饵材料的设计与性能研究

【摘要】:基于Mg/PTFE的高辐射强度和高燃烧温度的特点,采用红磷/氧化铜等超细易燃高热剂作为Mg/PTFE燃烧介质的界面间填充材料,以保证其既具有高红外辐射强度,同时在成膜后又能低温持续稳定燃烧。 首先通过DTA实验测定初选配方的点火温度,分析各组分的引入对Mg/PTFE诱饵配方的影响,最终选择红磷和氧化铜作为Mg/PTFE基诱饵配方的功能添加剂。为保证薄膜型诱饵材料具有一定的弹性和拉伸强度,以及在燃爆分散时不碎裂,本实验用外加了10%的赛璐珞作为粘合剂。通过实验分析,研究了三种红外诱饵配方中不同氧化剂粒径对燃烧温度的影响规律。 与传统的Mg/PTFE诱饵相比,新设计的诱饵配方中,对于平均燃烧温度值低于900℃的配方,开展了低燃温薄膜型红外诱饵性能的研究。研究表明:红磷和氧化铜含量对Mg/PTFE诱饵的燃烧温度和红外辐射强度影响很大。在新配方中,当红磷含量为10%,氧化铜含量为20-30%,或红磷含量为15%,氧化铜含量为10%时,平均燃温值低于900℃,薄膜燃烧最为稳定,燃烧时间大于2.5s,辐射强度在2.OW/Sr左右。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of high radiation intensity and high combustion temperature of mg / PTFE, ultrafine flammable and high heat agent such as red phosphorus / copper oxide was used as the interfacial filling material of mg / PTFE combustion medium to ensure its high infrared radiation intensity. At the same time, it can burn steadily at low temperature after film formation. First, the ignition temperature of primary formula was measured by DTA experiment, and the influence of each component on the formula of mg / PTFE bait was analyzed. Finally, red phosphorus and copper oxide were selected as functional additives of mg / PTFE based bait formula.
