平行流冷凝器的传热计算与应用研究

【摘要】:针对数据中心用蒸汽压缩/热管复合型环控机组系列产品研发的需要,在分析国内外学者相关研究成果的基础上,建立了平行流换热器的计算模型,设计了外侧为热管冷凝器、内侧为制冷冷凝器的组合式平行流换热器,建立了30kW热管复合型制冷模块实验系统,进行了室外侧环境温度为35℃、10℃和16℃的压缩式制冷、热管制冷和热管复合制冷的工作性能实验。结果表明,所设计的组合式冷凝器达到预期指标,验证了设计计算模型的可靠性,为平行流冷凝器在大型热管复合环控机组中的工程应用提供了依据。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the research and development of steam compression / heat pipe composite environmental control units for data center, a calculation model of parallel flow heat exchanger is established on the basis of analyzing the related research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and a heat pipe condenser is designed on the outside. A combined parallel flow heat exchanger with a refrigerating condenser on the inner side was established.
