某商场中央空调冷源系统运行能效优化及应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化进程的加快,商场无论是从数量上还是规模上,都进入了一个快速发展期,在提高人们生活品质的同时,也消耗了大量的能源。在商场建筑能源消耗中,中央空调系统能耗占较大比例。因此,结合商场中央空调的使用特点,探寻一种中央空调冷源系统运行能效优化方法,最大限度的挖掘中央空调系统的节能潜力,减少中央空调系统的能源消耗,对商场节能降耗具有十分重要的意义。 本文以广州某大型综合商场为研究对象,针对中央空调冷源系统运行参数的时变特性,建立了基于运行数据的冷源系统动态优化模型,并利用TRNSYS仿真平台对中央空调冷源系统运行能效优化控制策略进行了研究。在此基础上,以研究团队实施的该商场中央空调冷源系统优化管理控制系统为平台,对中央空调冷源系统运行能效在线优化控制进行了应用研究,为中央空调冷源系统节能优化控制的工程应用提供了依据。 本文的主要研究工作包括: (1)利用商场中央空调冷源系统的实际运行数据,通过参数辨识建立了中央空调冷源系统设备模型,并对各模型的准确性进行了验证。 (2)建立了中央空调冷源系统优化仿真模型,并运用TRNSYS软件搭建了中央空调冷源系统运行能效优化的动态仿真平台。 (3)利用遗传算法对中央空调冷源系统优化模型进行寻优计算,得到中央空调冷源系统的优化控制参数,并利用已建立的仿真平台,对中央空调冷源系统优化控制策略进行了仿真分析,结果表明,采用该策略后中央空调冷源系统能耗比之前降低了4.3%,验证了该优化控制策略的可行性。 (4)针对商场中央空调冷源系统运行参数的时变特点,提出了模型参数动态辨识方法,建立了中央空调冷源系统的在线优化模型,并利用商场中央空调冷源系统优化管理控制平台,进行中央空调冷源系统的在线优化控制,测试表明,,中央空调冷源系统运行能效提高了5.86%。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, shopping malls have entered a period of rapid development in terms of quantity and scale. While improving people's quality of life, they also consume a lot of energy. In the energy consumption of shopping malls, the energy consumption of central air-conditioning system accounts for a large proportion. Therefore, according to the characteristics of central air conditioning in shopping malls, this paper explores a method to optimize the energy efficiency of central air conditioning cold source system, to maximize the energy saving potential of central air conditioning system, and to reduce the energy consumption of central air conditioning system. It is of great significance to save energy and reduce consumption. In this paper, the dynamic optimization model of the cold source system based on the operation data is established, aiming at the time-varying characteristics of the operation parameters of the central air conditioning cold source system, taking a large comprehensive shopping mall in Guangzhou as the research object. The optimal energy efficiency control strategy of central air conditioning cold source system is studied by TRNSYS simulation platform. On this basis, based on the optimized management and control system of the central air-conditioning cold source system implemented by the research team, the online optimization control of the energy efficiency of the central air conditioning cold source system is studied. It provides the basis for the engineering application of energy saving optimization control of central air conditioning cold source system. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the actual operation data of the central air conditioning cold source system in shopping malls, the equipment model of the central air conditioning cold source system is established by parameter identification. The veracity of each model is verified. (2) the optimization simulation model of central air conditioning cold source system is established. The dynamic simulation platform of energy efficiency optimization of central air conditioning cold source system is built by using TRNSYS software. (3) the optimization model of central air conditioning cold source system is optimized by genetic algorithm. The optimal control parameters of the central air-conditioning cold source system are obtained, and the simulation analysis of the optimization control strategy of the central air conditioning cold source system is carried out using the established simulation platform. The results show that, After adopting this strategy, the energy consumption ratio of the central air-conditioning cold source system is reduced by 4.3%, which verifies the feasibility of the optimized control strategy. (4) considering the time-varying characteristics of the operation parameters of the central air-conditioning cold source system in shopping malls, The dynamic identification method of the model parameters is presented, and the on-line optimization model of the central air-conditioning cold source system is established, and the on-line optimal control of the central air-conditioning cold source system is carried out by using the optimization management and control platform of the central air conditioning cold source system in the shopping mall. The test shows that the energy efficiency of the central air-conditioning cold source system has been improved by 5. 86%.
