氯化钙复合吸附剂优化制备及抗衰减研究

【摘要】:为保证金属氯化物吸附剂长期使用性能的稳定性,同时减缓因与氨气反应出现膨胀结块而导致的吸附性能的衰减,本文以氯化钙、膨胀石墨和木屑为原料,基于控制容积法测定吸附量,并通过正交实验的方法分析了浸溃用氯化钙溶液浓度、木屑与石墨质量比、炭化活化时间和炭化活化温度因素对复合吸附剂循环吸附量的影响。实验结果表明:配制氯化钙复合吸附剂最佳水平为浸渍的ω(CaCl_2)为0.2,木屑膨胀石墨质量比为4:1,炭化活化温度为500℃,活化时间为1.75 h。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the stability of the performance of metal chloride adsorbents for a long time and to slow down the decay of adsorption properties caused by the reaction with ammonia, calcium chloride, expanded graphite and wood chips were used as raw materials. The effects of concentration of calcium chloride solution for leaching, mass ratio of sawdust to graphite, carbonization activation time and carbonization activation temperature on the cyclic adsorption capacity of composite adsorbent were analyzed by orthogonal experiment based on the controlled volumetric method. The experimental results show that the optimum level of CaCl2 is 0.2, the mass ratio of wood scraps expanded graphite is 4: 1, the carbonization activation temperature is 500 鈩,
