家用自然恒温冷藏箱的实验研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的持续、快速发展,能源变得匮乏,能源危机加剧,节约能源和节能模式的开发已迫在眉睫。在果蔬储藏方面,自然冷源的开发与利用符合中国能源的现状和发展,对环境的保护有着极为深远的意义。自然冷源冷藏箱能提高资源利用效率,以较少的耗电量实现水果蔬菜的保鲜效果,符合资源节约的社会趋势。 家用自然恒温冷藏箱不同于传统意义上用于储存食品的冷藏箱,主要用于我国北方供暖地区冬季水果、蔬菜的保鲜。箱体有夹层,通过微型风扇通入室内的热空气,热空气在夹层内循环一次后排向室外,箱内的温度控制器用于控制微型风扇的开启,确保箱内温度恒定,箱内空气基本保持自然流动。 由于果蔬的存放需要合适的温度,而在我国北方的冬季,由于供暖的作用,室内外温差较大,居民习惯于购买较多的水果蔬菜备用,由于电冰箱存在空间不够用及串味、干耗过快、果蔬霉变等缺点,直接放在室内亦不能存放较长时间,因此我们设计出该自然恒温冷藏箱。该冷藏箱使用天然冷、热源,即室外冷空气及室内热空气,通过室内热空气的有组织扩散,在冷藏箱内达到需要的温度。 本文首先从理论上论证了该自然恒温冷藏箱的可行性,并且建立了冷藏箱箱体的模型,通过对模型的求解获得了自然恒温冷藏箱内的温度场变化规律。通过模拟得到的数据可以较好地指导实验过程,并判断实验过程的正确性。 在实验过程中我们首先依照设计原理制作了家用自然恒温冷藏箱,然后搭建自然恒温冷藏箱送风系统试验台,测定不同情况下自然恒温冷藏箱内的温度场变化。 实验研究表明,该自然恒温冷藏箱适合用于我国冬季的北方,室外环境在-15℃至5℃时均可使用此冷藏箱达到不同的储藏目的,采用顶部夹层小孔送风的方式,箱内的温度场比底部风管小孔送风更加均匀。室外环境温度越低,一个送风周期内的送风时间就越长,送风量就越大;室内热空气的送风温度越低,一个送风周期内的送风时间就越长,送风量越大。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of the global economy, energy becomes scarce and the energy crisis intensifies. In the storage of fruits and vegetables, the development and utilization of natural cold source is in line with the current situation and development of energy resources in China, which has a far-reaching significance for the protection of the environment. The natural cold source freezer can improve the resource utilization efficiency and realize the fresh-keeping effect of fruits and vegetables with less electricity consumption, which is in line with the social trend of resource saving. The domestic natural thermostatic refrigerator is different from the traditional refrigerating box used for storing food. It is mainly used for the preservation of fruits and vegetables in winter in the heating area of northern China. The box body has a sandwich, through the micro fan into the indoor hot air, the hot air in the interlayer circulation back to the outdoor, the temperature controller in the box is used to control the opening of the micro fan, to ensure that the temperature in the box is constant, The air in the box basically keeps flowing naturally. Because the storage of fruits and vegetables needs proper temperature, and in the winter of northern China, because of the effect of heating, the difference of indoor and outdoor temperature is great, residents are used to buying more fruits and vegetables for reserve, and because of the lack of space and the flavor of the refrigerator, Because the dry consumption is too fast and the fruits and vegetables are mildew, it can not be stored indoors for a long time, so we have designed the natural thermostatic refrigerator. The refrigerating box uses natural cold and heat sources, namely outdoor cold air and indoor hot air, to reach the desired temperature through the organized diffusion of indoor hot air. In this paper, the feasibility of the natural constant-temperature refrigerator is theoretically proved, and the model of the freezer body is established, and the variation law of the temperature field in the natural constant-temperature refrigerator is obtained by solving the model. The simulated data can guide the experimental process and judge the correctness of the experimental process. In the course of the experiment, we first made the domestic natural constant temperature refrigerator according to the design principle, then set up the test bed of the natural constant temperature box air supply system, and measured the temperature field change in the natural constant temperature refrigerator under different conditions.
