基于Geomagic studio的3D草图提取与混合建模

【摘要】:目前,逆向工程技术已广泛应用于产品的复制、仿制、改进和创新设计,是消化吸收先进技术和缩短产品设计开发周期的重要技术手段。对逆向工程中现有的曲面重建方法进行了研究,提出一种基于3D草图提取与混合建模的曲面重建新思路。3D草图由截面曲线、边界曲线和特征曲线组成,包含了原始设计意图和详细的曲面重建信息。以Geomagic studio软件为平台,提取了3D草图,然后将3D草图交换至Solid Works中进行正向的参数化曲面重建,为基于逆向工程的复杂曲面重建和再设计提供了一种新的途径。
[Abstract]:At present, reverse engineering technology has been widely used in product replication, imitation, improvement and innovative design, which is an important technical means to digest and absorb advanced technology and shorten product design and development cycle. The existing methods of surface reconstruction in reverse engineering are studied. A new method of surface reconstruction based on 3D sketch extraction and hybrid modeling is proposed. The 3D sketch consists of cross-section curve, boundary curve and characteristic curve. Contains original design intention and detailed surface reconstruction information. Based on Geomagic studio software, 3D sketches are extracted and exchanged to solid works for forward parametric surface reconstruction, which provides a new way for complex surface reconstruction and redesign based on reverse engineering.
