【摘要】：现在企业的竞争都不是简单的产品的竞争，而是整个设计产业链的竞争。产品设计只是竞争其中的一部分。现代企业的竞争比的是专业、极致、口碑和反应速度，比的是产品技术的核心竞争力，比的是谁更加能站在用户的角度思考问题。产品是企业的基础，做好产品是关键，产品设计环节是做好产品的必要要素，全产业链的模式是保证做好的产品的必要条件。产品设计是全产业链中的一个环节，做好产品设计，需要全产业链的思路和模式来保证。在全产业链的模式下，产品从创意到商品的每个环节都会明确出来，影响环节发展的关键因素会被提炼出来，这些因素能被人主观能动的抉择和判断，能最大程度的做到可控化发展。只有设计全产业链的顺利发展，才能保证产品设计的价值所在。所以相对于产品设计来说，全产业链的模式是其能发挥价值的保障。产品设计的全产业链的模式是一种设计产业发展的一种必然的趋势，设计的全产业链的模式有利于设计产业的顺利发展。设计产业在今天已经不仅仅简单的是做设计工作了，而是需要牵扯到整个设计产业链，设计产业链的发展只会越来越的完善。这其中不仅仅是设计产业的完善，也包括设计产业链中的其它的环节。设计产业链的发展的最终的模式应该是以设计作为主导的环节，贯彻到整个设计产业中。设计产业链的发展中的每个环节都是在不断发展的，而这些环节的重心应该是创意设计阶段的发展，以工业设计作为核心，促进和保证设计产业链的可控化发展。设计创意的价值是设计产业链的核心，全产业链去作为设计产业发展的模式，这是设计产业链的顺利发展的必然之路。可控化是一种思路，是解决问题的一种方式，也是研究的目的，通过可控性的研究，让过程和结果可控化。可控性研究是为了寻找一种合理的而高效的方式，提出一种解决方案。产业链的可控性研究的目的就是为了提出一种对设计产业链的发展有帮助意义的参考模式。设计产业链的可控性过程中提到了设计产业链中的可控性因素和非可控性因素，这些都是存在于设计产业链的具体阶段中的实际应用环节中，，是对设计产业的剖析，基本包涵了设计产业链执行阶段所要主要的环节和应该采取的态度和方法。可控性研究对后期设计产业的链的发展都具有一定的价值和参考作用。
[Abstract]:Now the competition of enterprises is not the competition of simple products, but the competition of the whole design industry chain. Product design is only part of the competition. The competition ratio of modern enterprises is professional, extreme, word-of-mouth and reaction speed, than the core competitiveness of product technology, than who is more able to stand in the perspective of users to think. The product is the foundation of the enterprise, the good product is the key, the product design is the essential element of the product, and the mode of the whole industry chain is the necessary condition to guarantee the good product. Product design is a link in the whole industry chain. Under the model of the whole industrial chain, every link of the product from creativity to commodity will be clearly defined, and the key factors affecting the development of the link will be refined, and these factors can be decided and judged by people's subjective initiative. Can achieve the maximum degree of controllable development. Only the smooth development of the whole industry chain can guarantee the value of product design. Therefore, relative to product design, the model of the whole industry chain is the guarantee of its value. The pattern of the whole industrial chain of product design is an inevitable trend of the development of the design industry, and the pattern of the whole industrial chain designed is conducive to the smooth development of the design industry. Today, the design industry is not simply to do the design work, but need to involve the entire design industry chain, the development of the design industry chain will only be more and more perfect. This is not only the perfection of the design industry, but also the other links in the design industry chain. The ultimate mode of the development of the design industry chain should be to take the design as the leading link and carry out the whole design industry. Every link in the development of the design industry chain is developing continuously, and the center of gravity of these links should be the development of the creative design stage, take the industrial design as the core, promote and guarantee the controllable development of the design industry chain. The value of design creativity is the core of the design industry chain, and the whole industry chain is the mode of the design industry development, which is the inevitable way for the design industry chain to develop smoothly. Controllability is a way of thinking, a way to solve problems, and also a purpose of research. Through controllable research, the process and result can be controlled. Controllability research is to find a reasonable and efficient way to propose a solution. The purpose of the research on controllability of industrial chain is to put forward a kind of reference mode which is helpful to the development of design industry chain. In the process of controllability of the design industrial chain, the controllable factors and the non-controllable factors in the design industrial chain are mentioned. These are the practical application links in the concrete stage of the design industrial chain, which is the analysis of the design industry. It basically includes the main steps and the attitude and methods to be adopted in the implementation stage of the design industry chain. The controllability research has certain value and reference function to the chain development of the late design industry.
