搅拌磨机湿法制备纳米片状锌粉技术的工艺研究

【摘要】:在对现有搅拌磨机湿法制备纳米片状锌粉的工艺进行分析后,指出目前存在于该工艺中的两大问题:一是工艺的危险性,即工艺中所选择的助磨剂有毒、易燃、易爆,对人体、环境及生命安全存在着较大的危害;二是工艺优化方法的问题,由于国内对搅拌磨机的研究较晚,目前没有相应的科学原则,在利用搅拌磨机生产片状锌粉时,其工艺参数的选择只能依赖于经验法和试验法,一方面速度缓慢、浪费人力物力,另一方面在磨机结构变化时,还需再次试验,进程缓慢。而后针对这两个问题逐个分析,提出解决方案,优化工艺参数,并通过试验以及与现有工艺的对比进一步完善工艺。 研究表明:选用去离子水作为助磨剂不仅能解决目前工艺中存在的危险,而且去离子水具有较好的分散助磨作用,能预防制备过程中的团聚现象,获得粒径符合国标要求的片状锌粉;离散元分析软件PFC3D能够较好地仿真模拟搅拌磨机的运动状态,并将其筒体内介质的运动形态、速率分布等参数展现出来,将工艺参数的变化和微观力学参数联系起来,为工艺参数的选择提供较好的理论支撑,解决了只能依靠经验和试验法优化工艺参数的问题;将新工艺和现有工艺对比,新工艺在经济性、环保性、生产效率、工艺优化方法及片状化程度上均优于现有工艺,唯一不足的是金属锌含量问题;针对新工艺的缺陷,做了进一步的完善,使得在最终工艺条件下制得的片状锌粉不仅满足国标要求,而且能媲美于德国爱卡锌粉。 论文的研究解决了目前搅拌磨机湿法制备纳米片状工艺存在的问题,并对现有工艺进行了真正意义上的创新,创新后的工艺满足“绿色环保,节能减排”的新型经济发展模式。同时,论文针对搅拌磨机的研究现状提出的PFC3D软件工艺优化方法同样适用于搅拌磨机制备其他粉体行业。
[Abstract]:After analyzing the technology of preparing nano flake zinc powder by wet process of existing mixing mill, it points out two problems existing in the process: one is the danger of process, that is, the grinding agent selected in the process is poisonous, flammable and explosive, and it has great harm to the human body, environment and life safety; two is the question of process optimization. Because of the late research on stirred mill in China, there is no corresponding scientific principle at present. When using a mixing mill to produce flaky zinc powder, the selection of its technological parameters can only depend on the experience method and test method. On the one hand, the speed is slow and the manpower and material resources are wasted. On the other hand, when the mill structure changes, it needs to be tested again and the process is slow. After analyzing these two problems one by one, the solutions are put forward, the process parameters are optimized, and the process is further improved through experiments and comparison with existing technologies.
The study shows that the use of deionized water as a grinding aids can not only solve the existing danger in the process, but also the deionized water has a good dispersing effect, can prevent the agglomeration in the process of preparation, and obtain the flake zinc powder which meets the requirements of the national standard. The discrete element analysis software PFC3D can simulate the simulated mixing mill better. The motion state of the medium is displayed and the parameters of the medium are displayed, the changes of the process parameters and the micromechanical parameters are linked, which provide a better theoretical support for the selection of the process parameters, and the problem that the process parameters can only be optimized by experience and test method can be solved, and the new process and the existing process are used. The new technology is superior to the existing technology in economic, environmental protection, production efficiency, process optimization and flaky degree. The only deficiency is the content of metal zinc, and the defects of the new process have been further improved so that the flake zinc powder produced under the final process is not only satisfied with the national standard, but also comparable to Germany. The research of this paper solves the existing problems in the wet process of stirring mill to prepare the nanoscale technology, and makes a real innovation on the existing technology. The new technology after the innovation meets the new economic development model of "green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction". At the same time, the paper puts forward the PFC3D software technology of the research status of mixing mill. The method is also suitable for the preparation of other powder industry by mixing mill.
