基于TRIZ创新原理的工业设计产业与地域文化共生发展应用研究

【摘要】:创造,是创造者综合各方面信息,以一定目标为准则,进而控制或调解客体产生有社会价值的新成果的活动过程。工业设计是一种以创造为最终目的以产生社会价值为目标的行为活动。 涉及工业设计方法的理论从工业设计史和工业设计发展历程中能见到许多,工业设计需要设计的产品目标也不断变化,从最初的机械化生产,批量化生产逐渐转化到今天的情感化设计,产品也被赋予感情色彩和内涵意义。如何运用更新颖的设计方法对产品创新设计,找寻合适的创新原理是关键。TRIZ创新原理虽然是俄国在20世纪40年代就已经提出,短短几十年间在全球引起研究热潮,但我国在研究TRIZ方面由于各方面原因发展较慢,而且TRIZ理论在我国通常运用在工程问题发明上。如何运用TRIZ创新原理到工业设计产业中是课题研究的重要方向。 在工业全球化的形势下,工业设计成为全球工业产业经济的主要竞争理念之一,工业设计产业的产品产量和产品价值竞争愈演愈烈。工业设计产业只有通过不断寻求新的工业设计方式创新,寻求新的工业设计设计理论,把产品价格竞争转化为文化内涵竞争,才能提升产品的市场竞争力。发展工业设计产业的文化内涵,需要研究中国地域文化与之共生发展。通过将地域文化赋予产品新的文化内涵,提高产品的文化价值和产品附加值,促进工业设计产业发展,由工业设计产业发展,带动文化产品生产销售,从而传播地域文化。 本论文通过分析国内外工业设计产业发展现状和面临的挑战,以工业设计产业与地域文化共生发展为创新对象,从TRIZ创新设计四十种发明创造原理中选择适合运用于工业设计产业创新设计的四种设计方法,对如何进行工业设计产业与地域文化共生发展进行研究。课题的创新点在于将TRIZ创新原理运用到对地域文化的工业设计产品设计中,将通常用于工程问题的分析方法运用到文化产品的设计中,并在最后一章将理论结合实例分析完整的设计流程和设计实例分析。
[Abstract]:Creation is an active process in which the creator synthesizes all aspects of information and takes a certain target as the criterion, and then controls or mediates the object to produce new results of social value. Industrial design is a kind of behavior with the aim of creating social value. The theories concerning industrial design methods can be seen in the history of industrial design and the development of industrial design, and the product objectives that industrial design needs to design are constantly changing, from the initial mechanization of production, Mass production is gradually transformed into today's emotional design, and the products are endowed with emotional color and connotation. How to apply more novel design methods to product innovation design is the key to find suitable innovative principles. Although Triz innovation principle has been put forward in Russia in 1940s, it has caused a global research boom in just a few decades. However, the research on Triz in China is slow because of various reasons, and Triz theory is usually used in the invention of engineering problems in our country. How to apply Triz innovation principle to industrial design industry is an important research direction. Under the situation of industrial globalization, industrial design has become one of the main competitive concepts in the global industrial economy, and the competition between product output and product value of industrial design industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Only by constantly seeking for new ways of industrial design innovation and seeking new theories of industrial design can the industry of industrial design transform price competition into cultural competition in order to enhance the market competitiveness of products. To develop the cultural connotation of industrial design industry, it is necessary to study the symbiotic development of Chinese regional culture. By endowing regional culture with new cultural connotations of products, improving the cultural value and added value of products, promoting the development of industrial design industry, promoting the development of industrial design industry, promoting the production and sale of cultural products, thus spreading regional culture. By analyzing the present situation and challenges of industrial design industry at home and abroad, this paper takes the symbiotic development of industrial design industry and regional culture as the innovation object. From the Forty Invention and creation principles of Triz innovative design, four design methods suitable for industrial design industry innovation design are selected, and how to carry out the symbiotic development of industrial design industry and regional culture is studied. The innovation of the subject lies in the application of Triz innovation principle to the industrial design product design of the regional culture, and the application of the analytical method commonly used in engineering problems to the cultural product design. In the last chapter, the complete design flow and design case analysis are analyzed.
