基于纳米碳酸钙涂布型防滑纸的制备与性能评价

【摘要】:目的制备基于纳米CaCO_3的涂布型防滑纸,并对其性能进行研究。方法首先采用硬脂酸钠对纳米CaCO_3进行有机化改性,然后将水性聚氨酯、甘油和改性后的纳米CaCO_3充分共混,冷却后均匀涂布于纸张表面。采用红外光谱对纳米CaCO_3进行表征,并对涂料粘度和涂布纸的静摩擦因数进行测定。结果通过红外光谱分析可知,硬脂酸钠与纳米CaCO_3得到有效结合。通过单因素试验确定了制备防滑纸的最佳工艺条件,即纳米CaCO_3的质量分数为4%、甘油的质量分数为2%、干燥温度为70℃,在此工艺条件下纸张的静摩擦因数可达到0.835,最大倾斜角为39.86°。结论制备的纳米CaCO_3涂布型防滑纸不仅摩擦性能良好,而且力学性能较佳,可用于制备运输包装用防滑衬垫和防滑托盘。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare coated anti-slip paper based on nano-CaCO3 and study its properties. Methods Nano-CaCO3 was organically modified by sodium stearate, then waterborne polyurethane, glycerol and modified nano-CaCOS3 were fully blended and coated on the paper surface after cooling. The nano-CaCO3 was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the viscosity of coating and the static friction coefficient of coated paper were measured. Results according to infrared spectrum analysis, sodium stearate and nano CaCOs _ 3 were effectively combined.
