卧式自然冷源冷藏陈列柜食品温度数值模拟

【摘要】:本文通过数值模拟的方法,将自然冷源引入卧式陈列柜,研究其柜内食品温度在不同工况下的变化规律。结果表明:柜内食品包的温度随着室外冷源温度的升高而升高,当室外温度处于-2~5℃范围内时,柜内贮藏温度能够维持在0~7℃之间,其他室外冷源温度时,需与陈列柜制冷系统联合循环。在实际运行中,在室外环境温湿度为-1℃、22%RH,室内环境温湿度为22℃、55%RH的条件下,柜内食品的贮藏温度最佳。
