基于知情构造理论的新产品开发方法研究

【摘要】:为解决传统新产品开发过程中容错性较低、难适应设计创意改变的问题,创建了基于知情构造理论的混合交叉新产品开发模型。在层次分析法的基础上,采用递阶质量屋得到关于整体顾客满意度的材料属性综合权重值,作为下一步材料选择的基础;通过逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)计算备选材料与最优材料的贴合度,结合整体顾客满意度的材料属性综合权重值,建立最终的材料组合满意度排序。阐述了运用基于知情构造理论的混合交叉新产品开发模型进行产品创新设计的优势,并对激光打印机外壳选材设计进行研究,验证了该方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low fault tolerance in the process of traditional new product development and difficult to adapt to the change of design creativity, a hybrid cross new product development model based on the theory of informed construction was established. On the basis of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the comprehensive weight value of material attributes about overall customer satisfaction is obtained by using hierarchical quality House, which is the basis of material selection in the next step. By means of the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution TOPSIS, the adhesion degree between the alternative material and the optimal material is calculated, and the final ranking of the material combination satisfaction is established by combining the comprehensive weight value of the material attributes of the overall customer satisfaction. The advantages of product innovation design based on the mixed cross new product development model based on the theory of informed construction are expounded, and the material selection design of laser printer shell is studied, and the feasibility of this method is verified.
