基于KANO-AHP模型的陕西汉唐旅游纪念品需求指标评价

【摘要】:目的针对陕西汉唐景区的旅游纪念品缺乏历史性、创新性、实用性、时代性等问题,提出了基于KANO-AHP模型的旅游纪念品需求评价方法,旨在为旅游纪念品的设计研发提供指导。方法运用KANO模型对旅游纪念品的34个需求指标进行统计和分析,确定其KANO需求属性,构建旅游纪念品需求指标评价体系,应用AHP确定旅游纪念品需求指标的权重。结论通过对综合权重位于前12位的需求指标进行研究,在旅游纪念品的质量提升方面提出改进措施和建议。
[Abstract]:Aim to solve the problem of the lack of historical, innovative, practical and contemporary characteristics of tourist souvenirs in Han and Tang scenic spots in Shaanxi Province, this paper puts forward a method for evaluating the demand of tourist souvenirs based on KANO-AHP model, in order to provide guidance for the design and development of tourist souvenirs. Methods the 34 demand indexes of tourist souvenirs were analyzed by KANO model, the KANO demand attributes were determined, the evaluation system of tourist souvenirs demand index was constructed, and the weight of tourist souvenirs demand indexes was determined by AHP. Conclusion through the research on the demand index of comprehensive weight in the top 12, the improvement measures and suggestions on the quality improvement of tourist souvenirs are put forward.
