老龄化背景下可穿戴健康产品交互设计研究

【摘要】:目前我国的老年用户可穿戴设备仍处于起步阶段,存在诸多问题,老年人的特殊需求在可穿戴健康产品的设计中还未得到体现。对老年用户而言,如果产品的交互方式未依照老年用户的身体状况及认知能力做完善的设定,会让辅助的效果不佳,同时也将影响老年用户的使用意愿。为此,本文建立了一个从老年用户需求获取和分析到获得新产品的设计参数,再到产品设计方案的选择,最后到新产品的原型设计的综合性交互设计方法。指出QFD虽以用户需求为中心,却未考虑到设计方案在企业实施的可行性、可用性和易用性。提出设计模型包含从获取老年用户需求并通过QFD将其转变为产品的设计参数,以提高老年可穿戴产品设计的工作效率和工作精确度,再借助于交互设计的"可用性"和"用户体验"来完成整个设计过程。通过老年用户可穿戴交互界面混淆矩阵,分析其在可穿戴产品人机互动界面的需求,期望能过在缩短产品的设计时间并降低成本的同时,可以更加契合老年用户的需求,最终设计老年可穿戴防跌到健康产品交互设计。
[Abstract]:At present, the wearable devices of the elderly users in our country are still in the initial stage, and there are many problems. The special needs of the elderly have not been reflected in the design of wearable health products. For the elderly users, if the interaction mode of the product is not set according to the body condition and cognitive ability of the elderly users, the auxiliary effect will not be good, and it will also affect the willingness of the elderly users to use. For this reason, this paper establishes a comprehensive interactive design method from the requirement acquisition and analysis of the elderly users to the design parameters of the new product, to the selection of the product design scheme, and finally to the prototype design of the new product. It is pointed out that although QFD is user-oriented, it does not take into account the feasibility, usability and ease of use of the design scheme in enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency and precision of wearable product design, a design model is proposed, which includes the design parameters from obtaining the needs of the elderly users and transforming them into products through QFD, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design of wearable products for the elderly. The whole design process is completed by means of usability and user experience of interactive design. Through the confusion matrix of wearable interactive interface for elderly users, the requirements of wearable product man-machine interaction interface are analyzed. It is expected that the design time and cost of the product can be shortened and the needs of the elderly users can be more satisfied. The final design of the elderly wearable anti-fall to the health product interactive design.
