蔬菜基复合材料全自动多列填充包装机设计及相关技术研究

【摘要】:本文在国家“十二五”科技支撑重点项目“木塑复合材料制造关键技术研究与示范(2012BAD32B04)——蔬菜复合材料及其生产成型技术及装备研究”的支持下,主要针对大豆蛋白-芹菜复合纸的应用设备四列四边封颗粒包装机进行了设计与研究,并研制成功。 本文设计与研究的内容和工作如下: 1)、根据包装机的设计要求,技术参数和作为包装材料的大豆蛋白-芹菜复合纸的特殊性能的要求,给出了包装机的工艺流程。根据包装机的工艺流程,确定了适合的包装形式和封口方式、下料方式、热封方式等,然后对包装机进行了总体布局和拟定了传动方案。最终确定包装机主要由PLC控制系统、动力电机、齿轮传动系统、送料装置、送膜装置、加湿装置、纵封纵切装置、横封横切装置、成品输出装置组成。通过电动机给予动力,包装纸由送料装置送出,经过加湿装置,由纵封纵切装置进行纵向封合和切断,横封横切装置进行横向封合和切断,横向封合完成后,PLC给出信号进行下料填充,最后由成品输出装置输出。 2)、在执行机构方面,研究设计了下料装置的螺旋杆,通过研究物料的运动得到螺旋杆的结构参数;对热封辊的结构及传动轴进行了分析设计;对送膜装置的结构组成进行了合理设计。使得各个部件能够高效完成包装的要求,,同时保证各个机构结构简单、紧凑,便于加工。 3)、在传动系统中,设计了纵封、纵切机构的传动系统和横封、横切、输出机构的传动系统。重点对横封、横切、输出机构中的偏心链轮机构进行了研究设计。保证了包装机在工作过程中纵封与横封时刻的同步,准确进行封合,实现了高精度和高速的包装要求。 4)、利用SolidWorks三维绘图软件对包装机的各部分进行绘图和装配;利用ANSYS分析软件对包装机的关键部件传动轴进行了静力学分析,检验设计合理性;对纵封辊进行了热分析,分析了热封辊加热过程的热传导效果。最后对包装机进行安装调试。
[Abstract]:This paper is supported by the research and demonstration of key technology of wood-plastic composite materials (2012BAD32B04), the key project of science and technology support in the 12th Five-Year Plan, and the research on the forming technology and equipment of vegetable composites. In this paper, the application equipment of soybean protein-celery composite paper was designed and studied. The content and work of this paper are as follows: 1) according to the design requirements of packaging machine, technical parameters and special performance requirements of soybean protein-celery composite paper as packaging materials, the technological process of packaging machine is given. According to the technological process of the packing machine, the suitable packing form and sealing mode, discharging mode and heat sealing mode are determined, and then the overall layout of the packaging machine and the transmission scheme are drawn up. Finally, it is determined that the packaging machine is mainly composed of PLC control system, power motor, gear transmission system, feeding device, film feeding device, humidifying device, longitudinal seal longitudinal cutting device, transverse seal crosscutting device and finished product output device. Through the power of the motor, the wrapping paper is sent out by the feeding device, through the humidifying device, the longitudinal sealing and cutting device is used for longitudinal sealing and cutting, and the transverse sealing and cutting device for transverse sealing and cutting, After the transverse sealing is finished, PLC gives the signal to fill the material, and finally outputs the output device by the finished product. 2) in the aspect of the executing mechanism, the screw rod of the discharging device is studied and designed. The structure parameters of the screw rod are obtained by studying the movement of the material; the structure of the hot sealing roller and the transmission shaft are analyzed and designed; the structure composition of the film feeding device is reasonably designed. In the transmission system, the transmission system of longitudinal seal, longitudinal cutting mechanism and transverse seal are designed, and the transverse seal and transverse seal are designed in the transmission system, while ensuring the structure of each mechanism is simple, compact and easy to process. (3) in the transmission system, the transmission system of the longitudinal seal and longitudinal cutting mechanism is designed, and the transverse seal and transverse seal are designed. The transmission system of the output mechanism. The eccentric sprocket mechanism in transverse seal, cross-cut and output mechanism is studied and designed. It ensures the synchronization of the vertical seal and the transverse seal in the working process of the packing machine, and the accurate sealing, realizes the high precision and high speed packing requirement. (4) using the SolidWorks 3D drawing software to draw and assemble each part of the packing machine; The static analysis of the transmission shaft, a key component of the packaging machine, was carried out by using ANSYS software to verify the rationality of the design, and the thermal analysis of the vertical sealing roll was carried out, and the heat conduction effect of the heat sealing roll during the heating process was analyzed. Finally, the packaging machine is installed and debugged.
