X金属制品厂设施布置的改善研究

【摘要】:本文以2008年金融海啸和2011次贷危机之后国内出口不振为背景,在不少中小型出口企业面临生存危机的情况下,企业主大多选择卖厂或结业出租厂房,但X工厂选择改善自身企业生产来应对危机,透过改善企业内部经营状况来对改善盈利水平减少生产成本。 在此期间X工厂对车间生产进行改善工作,其中一个改善内容就是对生产设施布局应用设施规划与布置进行重新布置,在原来企业不锈钢生产工艺特性的基础上对设施进行合理化布置,,根据各个作业单元相互关系和其他因素,使得企业生产车间进行系统化布置改造,从而使工厂物流布局达到效率优化。 由于X工厂生产的产品特性较为分散,应用系统化设施布置需要选择用合适的布置方法进行布置,透过企业生产数据建立生产数据从至表分析材料物流信息,依据物流信息和作业设施建立作业单位物流关系,同时评估各个作业单元之间的非物流关系,透过合并产生综合关系分析结果,依据综合关系产生改善方案改善工厂设施布置,透过数据计算和影响程度进行分析进而降低企业生产成本。 X工厂虽然是一间中小型企业,生产条件和产品比较混乱,但是透过数据整理和选择合适的布置方式可以确证系统化设施布置能够应用到该工厂的生产设施布置中去。
[Abstract]:This article takes the financial tsunami in 2008 and the domestic export after the 2011 loan crisis as the background. Under the situation that many small and medium-sized export enterprises are facing the survival crisis, most of the business owners choose to sell or close down their factories to rent factories. But factory X chose to improve its own production to cope with the crisis, by improving the internal operating conditions of enterprises to improve profitability to reduce production costs. During this period, factory X made improvements to workshop production, one of which was to rearrange the layout and layout of production facilities, application facilities, and facilities. On the basis of the original process characteristics of stainless steel production in the enterprise, the facilities are rationalized. According to the relationship between the various units of the operation and other factors, the production workshop of the enterprise is systematically arranged and transformed. So that the factory logistics layout to achieve efficiency optimization. Because the product characteristic of X factory is more dispersed, it is necessary to choose suitable layout method to apply systematic facility layout, and to establish production data from production data to table to analyze material logistics information through enterprise production data. According to the logistics information and operation facilities to establish the logistics relationship between operating units, at the same time to evaluate the non-logistics relationship among the operation units, through the combination of the comprehensive relationship analysis results, according to the comprehensive relationship to improve the plant facilities arrangement, Through data calculation and analysis of the degree of influence, the production cost of the enterprise will be reduced. Although factory X is a small and medium-sized enterprise, its production conditions and products are quite chaotic. However, it can be confirmed that the systematic facility arrangement can be applied to the production facility layout of the plant through data collation and selection of appropriate layout.
