外加应力下超声导波传播特性仿真研究

【摘要】:研究外加应力对超声导波传播特性的影响,可更好应用于大型储油罐等在役检测。该文理论推导出外加应力对材料磁特性的影响,并建立受外应力作用的钢板超声导波传播特性有限元模型。结果表明,随着外加压应力增大,材料阻尼系数会增大,同时材料磁导率和磁感应强度会减小,最终引起超声导波信号衰减加剧,信号幅值相应减小。
[Abstract]:The effect of applied stress on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic guided waves can be better applied to the in-service detection of large oil storage tanks. In this paper, the influence of applied stress on the magnetic properties of steel plate is derived theoretically, and the finite element model of ultrasonic guided wave propagation characteristics of steel plate subjected to external stress is established. The results show that with the increase of compressive stress, the damping coefficient of the material increases, and the permeability and magnetic induction intensity of the material decrease, which leads to the attenuation of the ultrasonic guided wave signal and the decrease of the signal amplitude.
