微波负压干燥技术及应用研究

【摘要】:微波负压干燥是一种新型的干燥技术,其干燥原理是:在负压状态下,置于交变电场中的物料的水分子被极化后运动加剧,水分子之间摩擦生热,使物料表面水分蒸发,物料内部和外部形成了温度梯度和湿度梯度,从而加速水分从物料由内向外迁移,实现干燥目的。由于微波功率、真空度、干燥时间、物料性质等参数对物料的干燥质量密切相关,因此,对微波负压干燥技术的工艺研究成为干燥领域的研究热点。 本课题以筒子纱为干燥对象,分析筒子纱在微波负压干燥过程中,工艺参数对其干燥特性的影响,旨在降低能耗,提高干燥效率和质量。此外,还将微波负压干燥技术应用到人造板的甲醛快速释放试验,以拓展将微波负压干燥技术在其他领域的应用。主要内容有: 1、微波负压干燥技术的研究。主要研究传统的干燥方法和干燥设备;微波干燥技术的加热原理、传热机理、能耗计算;负压干燥的基本原理;微波负压干燥的特点和应用前景。 2、微波负压干燥试验设备的优化。完成微波负压干燥设备主要性能的测定、输出功率计算、击穿场强校核;对微波负压试验设备进行优化,包括负压系统的优化,磁控管散热的改进,微波场均匀性的优化;制定微波负压试验设备的操作规范。 3、完成筒子纱微波负压干燥工艺试验。以筒子纱为烘干对象,研究干燥时间对微波负压干燥效果的影响,完成试验过程单因素分析。采用响应面分析法、筒子纱正交试验分析法,完成微波负压干燥的多因素影响试验分析。此外,完成复合木质板材甲醛的快速释放工艺试验。 4、微波负压干燥的效益分析。完成微波负压干燥技术的经济效益分析,包括微波负压干燥设备的能源利用率和热效率计算,微波负压干燥与热风干燥的能源利用率比较,微波负压干燥经济性分析。
[Abstract]:Microwave negative pressure drying is a new drying technology. The drying principle is: under negative pressure, the water molecules placed in the alternating electric field become more and more active, and the friction between the water molecules generates heat, which evaporates the water content on the surface of the material. The temperature gradient and humidity gradient are formed inside and outside the material, which accelerates the moisture transfer from the inside to the outside of the material and realizes the purpose of drying. Because microwave power, vacuum, drying time and material properties are closely related to the drying quality of materials, the study of microwave negative pressure drying technology has become a hot spot in the field of drying. In order to reduce energy consumption and improve drying efficiency and quality, the influence of process parameters on drying characteristics of bobbin yarn during microwave negative pressure drying was analyzed. In addition, microwave negative pressure drying technology was applied to the rapid release test of formaldehyde in wood-based panels to expand the application of microwave negative pressure drying technology in other fields. The main contents are as follows: 1. Microwave negative pressure drying technology. This paper mainly studies the traditional drying methods and drying equipment, the heating principle, heat transfer mechanism, energy consumption calculation of microwave drying technology, the basic principle of negative pressure drying; The characteristics and application prospect of microwave negative pressure drying. 2. Optimization of microwave negative pressure drying test equipment. The main performance of microwave negative pressure drying equipment is determined, the output power is calculated, the breakdown field strength is checked, the microwave negative pressure test equipment is optimized, including the optimization of negative pressure system, the improvement of magnetron heat dissipation, and the optimization of microwave field uniformity. To establish the operation specification of microwave negative pressure test equipment. 3, to complete the microwave negative pressure drying process test of bobbin yarn. The effect of drying time on microwave negative pressure drying was studied, and the single factor analysis was completed. Response surface analysis and orthogonal test were used to analyze the effect of microwave negative pressure drying. In addition, complete the rapid release process test of composite wood plate formaldehyde. 4, the benefit analysis of microwave negative pressure drying. The economic benefit analysis of microwave negative pressure drying technology is completed, including the calculation of energy utilization ratio and thermal efficiency of microwave negative pressure drying equipment, the comparison of energy utilization ratio between microwave negative pressure drying and hot air drying, and the economic analysis of microwave negative pressure drying.
