ACB式HVAC空调系统的建模

【摘要】:本文主要针对上海交通大学自动化系动态系统实验室筹建的ACB式HVAC实验系统进行研究。 首先描述了ACB式空调实验系统的原理与结构,阐述了本文主要针对冷却水循环进行建模。 之后对ACB式HVAC系统进行了建模。建模过程主要针对载冷剂循环进行,分为对主动式冷梁的建模以及对空气处理机的建模。对于主动式冷梁的建模,首先根据流体力学理论和紊动射流理论,在分析了主动式冷梁结构的基础上,推导出了单个喷嘴压差与出风量数学关系,根据诱导比公式得到压差与卷吸量的数学模型。随后得到了主动式冷梁诱导过程数学模型,并且通过CFD仿真软件Fluent的仿真数据对未知参数进行了辨识,然后在主动式冷梁工作区间内选取其他工作点,对所得到的模型进行了验证,之后结合主动式冷梁中的盘管模型,得到了主动式冷梁的模型。对于空气处理机的模型,将其分为翅片式表冷器和风机两个模块,分别对其建模。一方面,针对翅片式表冷器分析了其工作状况,结合已有文献推导出了表冷器的模型,并且对翅片效率和水侧换热系数提出了模型的改进,最后利用系统测得的数据对表冷器中未知参数进行了估计,并且在ACB式HVAC实验系统中验证了模型的有效性。另一方面,针对风机利用ACB式HVAC实验系统中可以测量到的空气流量数据与风机频率建立了回归方程,得到了风机频率与空气流量的关系,之后结合两个模型得到了空气处理机的模型。 最后对ACB实验系统进行了监控界面的搭建以及启停逻辑的编写,分别编写了空气处理机、制冷机以及循环水泵的启停逻辑。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the ACB HVAC experimental system, which is designed by the dynamic Systems Laboratory of the Department of Automation of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Firstly, the principle and structure of ACB air conditioning experimental system are described, and the model of cooling water circulation is described in this paper. Then the ACB HVAC system is modeled. The modeling process is mainly aimed at refrigerant loading cycle, which includes the modeling of active cold beam and the modeling of air processor. For the modeling of active cold beam, firstly, according to the theory of fluid dynamics and turbulent jet, the mathematical relationship between the pressure difference of single nozzle and the air output is deduced on the basis of analyzing the structure of the active cold beam. According to the inductive ratio formula, the mathematical model of the pressure difference and the volume of entrainment is obtained. Then the mathematical model of active cold beam induction process is obtained, and the unknown parameters are identified by the simulation data of CFD simulation software Fluent, and then other working points are selected in the active cold beam working area. The model is verified, and then the model of active cold beam is obtained by combining the coil model of active cold beam. For the model of air processor, it is divided into two modules: wing panel air cooler and fan. On the one hand, based on the analysis of the working condition of the fin type surface cooler, the model of the surface cooler is deduced in combination with the existing literature, and an improvement on the fin efficiency and the heat transfer coefficient of the water side is put forward. Finally, the unknown parameters in the surface cooler are estimated by using the measured data of the system, and the validity of the model is verified in the ACB HVAC experimental system. On the other hand, the regression equation between fan frequency and air flow data which can be measured in ACB HVAC experimental system is established, and the relationship between fan frequency and air flow rate is obtained. Then the model of air processor is obtained by combining two models. Finally, the ACB experimental system is built up with the monitoring interface and the logic of starting and stopping, and the starting and stopping logic of the air processor, the refrigerator and the circulating water pump are compiled respectively.
