新型液压平衡阀关键结构参数对系统性能影响的研究
[Abstract]:As an important hydraulic component in hydraulic system, hydraulic balancing valve is widely used in hydraulic balancing circuit of modern construction machinery. There are many problems such as low frequency jitter, high control pressure, poor stability and safety, serious power loss and so on. Therefore, it is very important to use the advanced experience of Buhe, Rexroth and other companies for reference, digest and absorb the key technology to improve the performance of construction machinery products in China. In this paper, the domestic hydraulic balance valve and balance circuit used in China construction machinery products are studied. Based on the experience of international advanced hydraulic balance valve development, A series of theoretical analysis and experimental research on a new hydraulic balancing valve developed recently in China are carried out. Firstly, the structure characteristics and working principle of the new type of balanced valve are introduced, the preliminary theoretical model of the valve is established, and the main factors influencing the application performance of the construction machinery product are found out. Then the simulation model of the hydraulic balance valve system is established by using AMESim software. The experimental scheme of the system is designed to verify the simulation model, and the test platform is built, and the correctness of the simulation model is further verified by the experiment. On this basis, a large number of simulation analysis is carried out on the important factors that affect the performance of the new hydraulic balancing valve, especially the load pressure and the damping hole of the pilot valve core. The influence of the key parameters such as spring stiffness of the guide valve on the control pressure and flow rate of the system has been obtained and some useful results have been obtained which have laid a theoretical foundation for the further optimum design and manufacture of the new balanced valve.
