OSB板托盘的叉举试验及有限元分析

【摘要】:目的验证OSB板材能否用于托盘的制作,以及OSB板托盘在叉举过程中的应力应变情况。方法通过Solid Edge建立使用钢钉模型进行连接的OSB板托盘模型,并使用软件内的NX Nastran仿真模块对托盘模型进行有限元分析,得出托盘叉举工况下的应力应变分布图,同时对OSB板托盘进行叉举试验。结果通过对OSB板托盘进行有限元仿真分析和实际实验,得出在6.5 k N载荷下,仿真分析的最大变形量为16.75 mm,实际实验的最大变形量为18.2 mm,两者数值近似,验证了有限元分析的有效性。结论确认了OSB板托盘的实用性,以及在托盘设计阶段使用有限元法对托盘性能进行分析验证与优化的可行性。
[Abstract]:Aim to verify whether OSB plate can be used in the manufacture of pallet and the stress and strain of OSB plate tray in the process of fork lifting. Methods the OSB tray model connected by steel nail model was established by Solid Edge, and the finite element analysis of the pallet model was carried out by using the NX Nastran simulation module in the software, and the stress and strain distribution diagram of the tray under the condition of fork lifting was obtained. At the same time, the fork lift test was carried out on the OSB tray. Results through the finite element simulation analysis and actual experiment of OSB plate tray, it is concluded that under 6.5 KN load, the maximum deformation value of simulation analysis is 16.75 mm, and the maximum deformation amount of actual experiment is 18.2 mm,. The validity of finite element analysis is verified. Conclusion the practicability of OSB tray is confirmed, and the feasibility of using finite element method to analyze and optimize the performance of the tray in the design stage of the tray is verified.
