响应面试验优化木醋液精制中乳化液膜的制备工艺

【摘要】:采用乳化液膜法对酸枣壳木醋液进行脱酚,以煤油为膜溶剂,研究表面活性剂种类及体积分数、载体磷酸三丁酯(tributylphosphate,TBP)体积分数、内相NaOH溶液浓度和油内比对乳液稳定性及木醋液脱酚效果的影响,并以脱酚率为响应值,利用响应面法对乳化条件进行优化。结果表明:在表面活性剂T154体积分数8%、TBP体积分数3%、内相NaOH溶液浓度0.6 mol/L、油内比5∶4(V/V)条件下,4 500 r/min乳化20 min,所制乳液稳定性良好,木醋液脱酚率达55.31%。
[Abstract]:Emulsion membrane method was used to remove phenol from jujube husk wood vinegar. The kinds of surfactants and the volume fraction of tributyl phosphate (tributylphosphate,TBP) were studied with kerosene as the membrane solvent, and the volume fraction of tributyl phosphate (tributylphosphate,TBP) as carrier was studied. The effects of the concentration of NaOH solution and the ratio of oil to oil on the stability of emulsion and the removal of phenol from wood vinegar were studied. The emulsification conditions were optimized by using the response surface method (RSM), taking the removal rate of phenol as the response value. The results showed that the emulsion prepared by emulsifying 20 min, at 4 500 r/min at the concentration of 0. 6 mol/L, and 0. 6 mol/L, of the concentration of the inner phase of the NaOH solution was stable, and the removal rate of phenol from the wood vinegar was 55.31 at the condition of surfactant T154 volume fraction of 8 and TBP volume fraction of 3, and the concentration of the inner phase NaOH solution was 0. 6 mol/L, in oil, which was better than 5:4 (V / V).
