激光准直气动液压缸直线度误差检测装置设计

【摘要】:针对液压缸零件直线度误差检测困难的现状,提出一种通过测量液压缸截面弦长确定截面圆心评估液压缸轴线直线度的方法,以激光作为直线度误差评定的参照直线,设计了一种基于气动检测与激光准直的直线度检测装置;分析了喷嘴曲面挡板模型下的气动检测方案,分析了PSD位置敏感传感器的空间位置,并提出了利用PSD位置敏感传感器分离误差的方法;利用该装置进行了直线度误差检测,检测过程稳定,能够满足要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulty of measuring the straightness error of hydraulic cylinder parts, a method of determining the axis straightness of hydraulic cylinder by measuring the chord length of hydraulic cylinder section is presented. The laser is used as the reference line for straightness error evaluation. A straightness detecting device based on pneumatic detection and laser collimation is designed, the pneumatic detection scheme based on the nozzle surface baffle model is analyzed, and the spatial position of PSD position sensitive sensor is analyzed. The method of separating error by using PSD position sensitive sensor is put forward, and the straightness error is detected by using this device, the process of detection is stable and can meet the requirements.
