基于主题的汽车类复杂产品造型设计研究

【摘要】:汽车类复杂产品是先进的工程技术和独特艺术创新的结晶,主要包含汽车、客车、轨道交通、工程机械产品等,其造型设计受到诸多造型约束,是国民经济发展建设的重要支柱产业。造型设计作为提升汽车类复杂产品品质和品牌形象的良好途径,也是产品开发的关键环节,汽车复杂产品造型设计的复杂性和运动感特性,需要进行整体的设计构思和规划。主题作为贯穿于设计过程和设计结果的核心设计思想,可以有效地指导整个造型设计工作。 论文以汽车类复杂产品及其造型设计为研究对象,首先归纳和分析设计过程中的造型约束条件,,然后分析主题的来源、类型以及主题与造型的关系,结合设计案例提出了较为可行的主题设计方法。最后针对不同约束程度的设计项目,采用主题的设计方法,分别分析其造型约束条件,选择合适的主题,进行主题造型设计,完成设计方案,从而对主题设计方法的适用性进行了验证。 汽车类复杂产品的造型设计需要设计师协调和处理好艺术、技术与市场这三方面的设计需求和约束条件。艺术的感性表达需求和技术的理性设计要求,使得汽车类复杂产品造型设计没有唯一可靠的技术标准,但也有规律可循。文章通过引入主题设计方法,在主题的引导下,完成主题造型设计,帮助设计师突破设计约束,提高设计效率和产品品质。
[Abstract]:Automotive complex products are the crystallization of advanced engineering technology and unique artistic innovation, mainly including automobiles, passenger cars, rail transit, construction machinery products, etc. Is the important pillar industry of national economy development construction. As a good way to improve the quality and brand image of automobile complex products, modeling design is also the key link of product development. The complexity and mobility characteristics of automobile complex products need to be conceived and planned as a whole. As the core design idea which runs through the design process and the design result, the theme can effectively guide the whole modeling design work. In this paper, the complex automobile products and their modeling design are taken as the research object. Firstly, the modeling constraints in the design process are summarized and analyzed, and then the source, type and the relationship between the theme and the modeling are analyzed. A more feasible theme design method is put forward based on the design case. Finally, according to the different degree of constraints of the design project, using the theme design method, respectively analysis of its modeling constraints, select the appropriate theme, theme modeling design, complete the design scheme, Thus, the applicability of the theme design method is verified. The styling design of automobile complex products needs designers to coordinate and deal with the design requirements and constraints of the three aspects of art, technology and market. The perceptual expression demand of art and the rational design requirement of technology make the modeling design of automobile complex product have no only reliable technical standard, but there are also rules to follow. By introducing the theme design method, the theme modeling design is completed under the guidance of the theme, which helps the designer break through the design constraints and improve the design efficiency and product quality.
