基于Livinglab创新方法的为老信息产品设计研究

【摘要】:随着全球范围内的人口老龄化越来越严重,老龄化社会所带来的社会问题已经受到政府、企业等的广泛关注。随着科技的进步,信息产品的发展日新月异,但老龄信息产品领域一直是个空白。为老信息产业具备强大的发展愿景,其中蕴藏着巨大的消费市场。针对老龄用户设计出满足用户实质性需求和具有消费市场的产品是设计师和相关企业面临的一大挑战,同时也是需要深入研究的课题。 近年来,各大创新模式蓬勃发展,Livinglab创新模式为老年产品的创新和设计注入了新鲜血液,提供了新的思维和新的方法。本文以老龄化社会为大背景,将以人为本作为设计的核心理念,针对60岁以上老年人进行实地调研,对老年用户的生理特征、心理特征以及行为特征进行研究和总结,结合Livinglab创新模式,通过用户参与创新与设计思考探讨构建出适合老龄人群的设计方法模型与实践流程。根据构建的方法模型进行设计实践,设计一款针对老年用户的可穿戴设备与健康服务。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the world's population becoming more and more serious, the social problems brought by the aging society have been widely concerned by the government, enterprises and so on. With the progress of science and technology, the development of information products is changing with each passing day, but the field of aging information products has been a blank. For the old information industry has a strong vision of development, which contains a huge consumer market. It is a great challenge for designers and related enterprises to design products that meet the substantive needs of users and have a consumer market for the aged users, and it is also a subject that needs further study. In recent years, various innovation modes have developed vigorously. Livinglab innovation model has injected fresh blood into the innovation and design of old people's products, and has provided new thinking and new methods. Taking the aging society as the background, taking the people-oriented as the core idea of the design, this paper makes a field investigation on the aged people over 60 years of age, and studies and summarizes the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly users. Combined with the Livinglab innovation mode, the design method model and practice process suitable for the aged population were established through the user participation in innovation and design thinking. According to the method model, a wearable device and health service is designed for elderly users.
