基于记忆结构的专利灵感知识提取及产品创新方法

【摘要】:在综合分析了专利、设计固化以及灵感激发机制研究现状之后,针对当前专利文本检索方法中存在的缺陷,以及设计师在产品设计过程中查找相关知识时间过长导致效率低的问题,提出了基于主题模型的关联专利筛选方法以及基于记忆结构的专利灵感知识提取、推送方法,并最终开发了基于专利知识的产品创新设计系统。全文分为五章:第一章阐述了课题的研究背景及意义,主要介绍了国内外关于专利、设计固化及灵感激发机制等相关研究的现状,确定了本文的研究方向以及主要研究内容。第二章针对当前专利筛选方法如词频统计建立向量空间的不足,提出了基于主题模型的专利文本筛选方法,利用目标专利在关搖词筛选基础上进行二次筛选,有效提高了设计师在产品设计中的专利筛选效率。并比较了选取不同专利文本进行文本建模的效果,最后以美国专利库中的专利作为实例进行了验证。第三章研究了基于记忆结构的灵感知识提取、推送方法,从人类记忆、思维的角度对专利文本中的灵感知识进行了提取,并且根据设计者经验不同,进行不同的灵感知识推送过程,最后通过断路器电机减速操控装置的设计过程验证了上述创新方法的可行性。第四章以二、三章的理论为基础研制计算机辅助创新设计系统,说明了该系统各个功能模块的实现和使用方法,并且由该系统产生的产品已获得实用新型专利授权,发明专利已通过一审,初步验证了该系统的有效性。第五章对全文工作进行了总结并对后续的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:After a comprehensive analysis of the current research situation of patent, design solidification and inspiration mechanism, the defects in the current patent text retrieval methods are pointed out. As well as the problem that the designers find the relevant knowledge in the process of product design for too long resulting in low efficiency, this paper puts forward the associated patent screening method based on topic model and the method of extracting and pushing patent inspiration knowledge based on memory structure. Finally, the product innovation design system based on patent knowledge is developed. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of the subject, mainly introduces the domestic and foreign related research on patent, design curing and inspiration mechanism, and determines the research direction and main research content of this paper. In the second chapter, aiming at the deficiency of establishing vector space of current patent screening methods such as word frequency statistics, a method of patent text screening based on topic model is proposed. It effectively improves the efficiency of patent screening in product design. The results of text modeling with different patent texts are compared. Finally, the patent in the patent library of the United States is used as an example. The third chapter studies the inspiration knowledge extraction based on memory structure, pushing methods, from the perspective of human memory, thinking to extract the inspiration knowledge from the perspective of patent text, and according to the designer experience is different. Different inspirational knowledge push process was carried out, and the feasibility of the above innovative method was verified by the design process of the circuit breaker motor deceleration control device. In the fourth chapter, based on the theory of chapter two and chapter three, the computer aided innovation design system is developed, and the realization and usage of each function module of the system are explained, and the products produced by the system have been granted a patent for practical model. The invention patent has passed the first instance, and the effectiveness of the system has been preliminarily verified. The fifth chapter summarizes the full text of the work and prospects the follow-up work.
