一种基于互联网用户参与的产品开发方法研究

【摘要】:随着用户对产品功能需求的个性化特点越来越强,变化越来越快,传统的以生产者为主导地位的设计方式已经越来越跟不上当代用户的要求。如何让用户参与到产品的设计中,使其个性化需求能够真正得到满足,已成为共识。当前,互联网模式下的用户参与创新已得到充分认可,但还缺少有效的设计理论与方法。在此背景下,本文提出了一种基于互联网用户参与的产品开发方法,旨在研究互联网环境下用户参与设计的优越性,为新产品的开发提供一种可能性的方法。首先,分析了基于互联网用户参与机制与传统设计方法的区别,论述了用户基于互联网参与的方式方法和实现手段。其次,介绍了对用户功能信息处理的方法,其中对于某些用户没有给出的缺省信息,介绍了基于余弦相似度、均值相似度求相似用户的补值方法。根据补值后的用户功能信息利用粗数理论和产品族理论进行产品功能配置。最后,以海尔洗衣机的实例进行说明。
[Abstract]:With the more and more individualized characteristics of users' demand for product functions, the traditional producer-oriented design method has been unable to keep up with the requirements of contemporary users. It has become a consensus that how to let users participate in the design of products so that their personalized needs can be truly met. At present, user participation in innovation in Internet mode has been fully recognized, but there is still a lack of effective design theory and method. Under this background, this paper proposes a product development method based on the participation of Internet users, which aims to study the advantages of user participation in design under the Internet environment, and to provide a possible method for the development of new products. Firstly, the differences between the mechanism of user participation based on Internet and the traditional design method are analyzed, and the ways and means of user participation based on Internet are discussed. Secondly, the method of user function information processing is introduced. For the default information that some users do not give, the method of calculating the complement value of similar users based on cosine similarity and mean similarity is introduced. According to the user function information after complement, the product function is configured by rough number theory and product family theory. Finally, the example of Haier washing machine is introduced.
