基于工作流的矿区遥感数据处理关键技术研究

【摘要】:近年来生态环境问题日益突出,随着航天遥感对地观测技术的发展,遥感信息获取能力不断增强,针对生态环境遥感监测的行业应用正在形成规模。然而矿区作为环保重点监测对象,传统的监测手段以及信息处理方式已经不能满足行业监测需要。如何针对矿区特殊地理环境对海量生态遥感数据进行实时、高效、精确的处理是当前面临的主要问题。本文针对矿区生态环境遥感监测的特点,将工作流技术引入到矿区生态环境遥感数据处理过程中,目的是实现一种针对矿区遥感数据处理特点的高效生产模式。论文完成期间主要工作以及成果如下: 1、矿区生态环境遥感监测产品生产流程研究。将矿区遥感产品生产流程模块化、组件化。分析其各模块之间的联系,构建算法树,按照数据流向自底向上驱动生产。 2、引入WF工作流。对算法驱动进行改进,引入Windows Work Flow工作流,,细化各算法模块,定义各模块属性状态。 3、基于WF工作流的矿区遥感产品生产驱动。基于WF工作流,设计各模块接口,实现工作流引擎中调度策略组件化、各算法功能模块组件化,实现各模块的高内聚、低耦合,提高算法开发人员工作效率。 4、实验验证。选取有代表性的算法模型,针对同一矿区遥感数据进行大量实验,从几个方面论证工作流在矿区遥感数据处理上的应用确实提高了产品生产能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. With the development of space remote sensing Earth observation technology, the ability of remote sensing information acquisition is increasing, and the industry application of remote sensing monitoring for ecological environment is taking shape. However, as a key monitoring object of environmental protection, traditional monitoring methods and information processing methods can not meet the needs of industry monitoring. How to deal with the massive ecological remote sensing data in real time, efficiently and accurately is the main problem. According to the characteristics of remote sensing monitoring of ecological environment in mining area, this paper introduces workflow technology into the process of remote sensing data processing of mining area ecological environment, in order to realize an efficient production mode aiming at the characteristics of remote sensing data processing in mining area. The main work and achievements are as follows: 1. Research on the production process of remote sensing monitoring products in mining area. The production process of remote sensing products in mining area is modularized and componentized. Analyzing the relationship between the modules, constructing the algorithm tree, driving production from bottom to top according to the data flow. 2, introducing WF workflow. The algorithm driver is improved, Windows Work Flow workflow is introduced, algorithm modules are refined, and the attribute states of each module are defined. 3, based on WF workflow, mining remote sensing product production drive. Based on WF workflow, the interface of each module is designed to realize the componentization of scheduling strategy in workflow engine and the componentization of each algorithm function module, which can realize the high cohesion and low coupling of each module and improve the efficiency of algorithm developer. 4, experimental verification. A large number of experiments on remote sensing data of the same mining area are carried out by selecting a representative algorithm model. It is demonstrated from several aspects that the application of workflow in remote sensing data processing of mining area has really improved the production capacity of the product.
