基于行为心理学理论的体重管理产品的设计研究

【摘要】:肥胖问题已成为威胁人类健康的重要问题,不仅会带来各种疾病,还对肥胖者的心理造成影响,带来心理障碍和社会不良影响,并给肥胖者带来身心双重创伤。肥胖者也在通过各种方式减轻体重,试图回到开心健康的生活状态中。目前有各种减肥方案,如饮食控制减肥、运动减肥、药物减肥、针灸减肥、心理减肥等。体重管理类(现阶段主要是减肥类)现有产品和解决方案,经研究发现存在大量弊端。如大量减肥产品和训练班单纯考虑用户的净重量的消减,而忽视给用户身体带来的巨大伤害和快速反弹。原因在于体重控制和调整的重点应该是身体肌肉、脂肪和水的比例,破坏比例的减重,主要会减少水分和肌肉,而不是脂肪。从体重数值上看减轻了,但实际影响极大,并快速反弹。目前,各种各样价格昂贵和功能复杂的体重管理工具存在,其中的大多数都是通过家庭的或者医疗的方式销售,,既增加了买家的消费成本,使用起来也并不方便,更起不到控制体重的实用效果。目前主要以运动减肥和节食减肥为主。但无论是可穿戴设备还是手机应用,都是从生理角度为用户建立计划、提供资料和记录数据,而忽略人在减肥过程中的心理需求。如何让现代人科学的管理体重?本文尝试从行为心理学角度,研究人的日常行为和心理特征,以及肥胖者在减肥过程中的心理变化和心理需求。研究后得出体重管理产品的功能需求,以及体重管理产品设计的设计原则和方法,进而指导体重管理产品设计。
[Abstract]:Obesity has become an important problem threatening human health. It will not only bring about various diseases, but also affect the psychology of obese people, bring psychological barriers and social adverse effects, and bring mental and physical trauma to obese people. Obese people are also losing weight in a variety of ways, trying to return to a happy and healthy life. At present, there are a variety of weight loss programs, such as diet control weight loss, exercise weight loss, drug weight loss, acupuncture weight loss, psychological weight loss. The existing products and solutions of weight management (mainly weight loss at present) have been found to have a lot of drawbacks. Such as a large number of weight-loss products and training courses simply consider the reduction of the user's net weight, while ignoring the huge damage to the user's body and rapid rebound. The reason is that weight control and adjustment should focus on the proportion of body muscles, fat to water, and the loss of weight in proportion to destruction, mainly reducing water and muscle, rather than fat. Weight has been reduced numerically, but the actual impact has been significant and rebounded quickly. At present, there are a variety of expensive and complex weight management tools, most of which are sold through home or medical means, which increases the consumer cost and is not convenient to use. There is no practical effect of weight control. At present mainly to exercise weight loss and diet weight loss. However, both wearable devices and mobile phone applications are designed from a physiological point of view to provide users with information and record data, while ignoring the psychological needs of people in the process of losing weight. How can modern people manage their weight scientifically? From the perspective of behavioral psychology, this paper attempts to study the daily behavior and psychological characteristics of people, as well as the psychological changes and psychological needs of obese people in the process of losing weight. The functional requirements of weight management product and the design principles and methods of weight management product design are obtained after the study, so as to guide the weight management product design.
