瓦楞纸箱抗压强度优化设计研究

【摘要】:瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度受多方面影响。当企业在通过公式估算纸箱抗压强度时,通常和实际测试值偏差较大,公式的适用性较差,企业需要一种适用于他们所生产的瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度估算方法;其次,随着微型瓦楞的兴起,微型瓦楞纸箱的应用越来越广泛,常用公式并不适用于微型瓦楞纸箱,为此,企业迫切需求适用于微型纸箱的抗压强度估算公式;再次,随着包装业的多样化发展,企业不再仅仅生产0201型纸箱,对于其他箱型的瓦楞纸箱,其抗压强度估算方法也是企业所需要的。 本文通过理论计算与实验相结合的方法分析瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度,以纸箱高度、纸箱长宽比和纸箱周边作为结构参数,通过实验测试E楞、B楞和BC楞瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度,再对比理论估算结果,以常用公式为基础,对其进行修正,以得到一种适用于企业使用的纸箱抗压强度估算方法。 实验结果表明:纸箱高度在200mmm以下时,对抗压强度的影响并不明显,纸箱长宽比对抗压强度有一定影响,但其规律性并不一致,纸箱周边长对抗压强度的影响较为明显,随周边长的增加,纸箱抗压强度也逐渐增大。 通过对比纸箱的实验测试结果和常用公式计算,凯里卡特公式的计算结果较为准确,其误差在10%以下,其次是马基简易公式,沃夫公式计算结果的误差最大。 本文通过对凯里卡特公式进行变形、化简和修正后,得到了适用于E楞纸箱的凯里卡特估算公式;通过对沃夫公式和马基简易公式的修正得到了分别适用于E楞、B楞和BC楞纸箱的估算公式;通过对包卷式纸箱抗压强度计算公式的修正,得到适用于0406型瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的估算公式。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength of corrugated paper box is affected by many aspects. When enterprises estimate the compressive strength of cartons by the formula, the deviation between the test value and the actual test value is large, and the applicability of the formula is poor. Enterprises need a method to estimate the compressive strength of the corrugated cartons they produce. Secondly, with the rise of micro-corrugated box, the application of micro-corrugated box is more and more extensive, and the commonly used formula is not suitable for micro-corrugated box. Therefore, the enterprise urgently needs to apply the formula to estimate the compressive strength of micro-corrugated box. Thirdly, with the diversified development of packaging industry, enterprises no longer only produce 0201 cartons, for other box corrugated box, its compressive strength estimation method is also required by enterprises. In this paper, the compressive strength of corrugated paper box is analyzed by combining theoretical calculation and experiment. With the height of carton, the ratio of length to width of carton and the circumference of carton as structural parameters, the compressive strength of corrugated box with E-corrugated, B-corrugated and BC corrugated box is tested experimentally. Compared with the results of theoretical estimation, based on the commonly used formulas, the method of estimating the compressive strength of cartons can be obtained by modifying the results in order to obtain a suitable method for estimating the compressive strength of cartons used in enterprises. The experimental results show that when the height of carton is below 200mmm, the influence on compressive strength is not obvious. The ratio of length to width of carton has a certain influence on compressive strength, but its regularity is not consistent, and the influence of box circumference length on compressive strength is obvious. With the increase of peripheral length, the compressive strength of carton increases gradually. By comparing the experimental results of carton and the calculation of common formulas, the calculation results of Karekat formula are more accurate, the error is less than 10%, the second is the simple formula of Markey, and the error of the calculation result of Wolff formula is the biggest. In this paper, through the transformation, simplification and modification of the Karekat formula, a Karekat estimation formula suitable for the E corrugated carton is obtained. By modifying the Wolff formula and the simple Markey formula, the estimation formulas applicable to the corrugated box of E, B and BC are obtained respectively. By modifying the formula for calculating the compressive strength of the wrapped carton, a formula for estimating the compressive strength of the 0406 corrugated carton is obtained.
