工业双戊烯连续精馏过程模拟

【摘要】:利用大型化工模拟软件Aspen plus对工业双戊烯连续真空精馏过程进行模拟。考察了进料位置、回流比、塔顶采出率及塔顶压力对柠檬烯纯度及再沸器能耗的影响,得到了双戊烯精馏的最佳条件为:理论塔板数为65,进料位置在第30块塔板处,回流比4∶1,进料量1 000 kg/h,进料温度100℃,塔顶采出率为0.7,塔顶压力5 k Pa,塔压降12 k Pa。经生产实践验证,可以得到纯度为71.5%的柠檬烯,与模拟数据(72.43%)偏差较小。
[Abstract]:The continuous vacuum distillation process of industrial dipentene was simulated by large scale chemical simulation software Aspen plus. The effects of feed position, reflux ratio, top recovery rate and top pressure on the purity of limonene and energy consumption of reboiler were investigated. The optimum conditions for distillation of dipentene were as follows: theoretical tray number was 65, feed position was at the 30th tray, Reflux ratio 4: 1, feed rate 1 000 kg/h, feed temperature 100 鈩,
