【摘要】:对二甲苯(PX)是一种重要的有机化工原料,工业上主要采用逆流模拟移动床吸附分离技术(AST)生产高纯度对二甲苯。格栅作为吸附塔的内构件,是模拟移动床吸附分离技术的核心之一。根据格栅的功能,开发了ACG基准格栅,运用冷模实验和计算流体力学相结合的方法,对ACG基准格栅进行优化,开发出性能优良的ACG-Ⅰ格栅。针对3×10~4 t/a PX工业装置,将ACG-Ⅰ格栅进行放大试验。运行情况表明,开发的ACG-Ⅰ格栅性能优良,工业数据与CFD模拟数据比较吻合。
