气雾化法中气体压力对制备锌粉的影响

【摘要】:研究了气雾化法中气体压力对制备锌粉外观形貌和粒度分布的影响。在600℃的锌液温度,设定0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.6、2.0 MPa压力对锌粉末进行试验。研究表明,1.6 MPa为最优气体雾化压力,在200目筛下的过筛率平均达到95.18%。
