S公司A生产车间设施布局优化

【摘要】：随着原材料和人力等生产成本的不断上升，同时面临客户交货期的压力，S公司急需降低生产成本和缩短生产周期；而一个良好的设施布局不仅可以节省物流成本和缩短生产周期，而且可以加快生产流程。此外，S公司正在推行精益生产方式。因此，建立与生产方式相对应的设施布局对企业的发展显得非常重要。本文综合系统布置设计和制造单元设计等方法，针对S公司企业生产特点，有针对性地、科学地对其A生产车间进行设施布局优化设计。本文针对S公司A生产车间现有设施布局存在的问题，运用工业工程理论尤其设施布局设计的基本原则、理论和方法进行改善研究。本文遵循发现问题—分析问题—解决问题的研究思路。首先，对多品种小批量生产方式、设施布局和单元制造理论和应用研究进行概述；其次，结合车间问题，从车间布局和生产方式两方面描述和分析A生产车间现状，提出对车间进行设施布局优化；再次，在S公司是多品种小批量的生产模式下，提出以系统布置设计方法与制造单元相结合的设施布局方法，运用改善的系统布置设计方法设计3个设施布局的初步方案；然后，分别利用费用比较法这种定量方法和基于灰色关联度的综合评价法这种定量和定性结合的方法对设施布局初步方案进行评价并选择最优方案；最后，进行方案实施后的直接效益和间接效益分析。本论文证明了改善的系统布置设计方法的可行性和有效性，它不仅对该公司其他车间的设施布局具有指导意义，而且对其他多品种小批量制造企业的设施布局优化有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rising production cost of raw materials and manpower, and the pressure of customer delivery date, S Company urgently needs to reduce production cost and shorten production cycle; A good facility layout can not only save logistics cost and shorten production cycle, but also speed up production process. In addition, S is promoting lean production. Therefore, it is very important to establish the facility layout corresponding to the mode of production. This paper synthesizes the methods of system layout design and manufacturing unit design, aiming at the production characteristics of S Company, carries on the facility layout optimization design to its A production workshop pertinently and scientifically. In view of the problems existing in the layout of existing facilities in production workshop A of S Company, this paper applies industrial engineering theory, especially the basic principles, theories and methods of facility layout design to carry on the improvement research. This paper follows the idea of problem discovery-analysis-problem-solving. Firstly, the theory and application of multi-variety and small-batch production, facility layout and cell manufacturing are summarized. Secondly, according to the problem of workshop, this paper describes and analyzes the present situation of workshop A from two aspects of workshop layout and production mode, and proposes to optimize the layout of workshop facilities. Thirdly, under the production mode of S Company which is multi-variety and small batch, the paper puts forward a method of facility layout combining system layout design method with manufacturing unit, and applies the improved system layout design method to design three facilities layout. Then, the quantitative method of cost comparison and the comprehensive evaluation method based on grey correlation degree are used to evaluate the preliminary scheme of facility layout and select the optimal scheme. Finally, the direct benefit and indirect benefit are analyzed. This paper proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved system layout design method, which is not only of guiding significance to the layout of other workshops of the company. Moreover, it has certain reference significance for other multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing enterprises to optimize the facility layout.
