基于PLC的瓦线天桥自动纠偏控制系统设计

【摘要】:目的研究多层瓦楞纸贴合时自动纠偏系统的设计方法。方法基于PLC和触摸屏技术,采用光幕检测,控制防压纠偏轮纠偏的方法,给出了系统的硬件配置以及PLC的软件设计。结果实验验证了基于光幕可以准确、实时驱动纠偏轮进行自动控制。结论自动纠偏控制系统具有良好的检测精度和快速的响应能力,能显著提高瓦楞纸板质量,在瓦楞包装行业有良好的使用前景。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the design method of automatic correction system for multi-layer corrugated paper. Methods based on PLC and touch screen technology, the hardware configuration of the system and the software design of PLC are given. Results the experimental results show that based on the light screen can be accurate, real-time driving correction wheel for automatic control. Conclusion the automatic deviation correction control system has good detection accuracy and rapid response ability, and can improve the quality of corrugated paper board significantly. It has a good application prospect in corrugated packaging industry.
