儿童牙科正畸服务中深度体验设计研究

【摘要】:目的对儿童正畸服务中的深度体验设计与方法策略进行研究。方法通过深度体验设计方法将儿童牙科正畸服务的体验周期进行划分,并对其现状和案例进行分析和梳理,将各体验周期特点进行总结归纳。结论分析归纳出儿童牙科正畸服务深度体验周期中信息平台可视化认知阶段、情绪管理与情感感知连续性诊疗阶段、个人行为与健康生活关联性认同阶段、社区延续服务体验拓展阶段4个深度体验特征,并根据特征的内涵提炼出在深度体验设计指导下对于信息知识认知、正向体验、生活方式及价值获取几个方面服务体验设计策略,为今后的研究提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the deep experience design and strategy of children orthodontic service. Methods the experience period of dental orthodontic service for children was divided by the method of deep experience design, and the current situation and cases were analyzed and combed, and the characteristics of each experience cycle were summarized. Conclusion the visual cognitive stage of information platform, the continuous diagnosis and treatment stage of emotion management and emotion perception, the stage of personal behavior and healthy life related identification stage in the deep experience period of children's dental orthodontic service were analyzed and summarized. There are four deep experience features in the extended stage of community continuing service experience, and according to the connotation of the characteristics, the positive experience for the information knowledge cognition under the guidance of the deep experience design is extracted, and the positive experience is obtained under the guidance of the deep experience design. The design strategies of service experience in life style and value acquisition provide theoretical guidance for future research.
