基于多属性群体决策的协同设计方案评价方法研究

【摘要】:网络化产品协同设计是一种在分布式网络环境下,采用现代先进的设计理论对产品进行创新设计的先进设计模式,它可以看作是不同学科领域的人员组成一个群体,基于分布设计资源共享,对于一个给定的复杂产品的设计目标,相互协同、互相协作完成产品设计目标的过程。产品协同设计的过程可以看做是一个设计问题的求解和决策的过程,由于不同学科领域的设计主体所关注的设计参数重要度不同,所以,会形成不同的协同设计方案,如何有效的权衡不同设计目标,实现协同设计方案的群体决策与评价,是协同设计过程中的重要研究内容。群体决策理论是多决策主体按照个体偏好和集体选择之间的关系,把方案集中按照不同个体偏好形成的设计方案进行群体决策,决策的结果是决策主体意见达成一致或者意见折中妥协。由于协同设计是由不同学科、领域专家相互协作共同完成产品的设计过程,所以协同设计过程的方案决策具有明显的群体决策的特性。本文主要对产品协同设计产生的方案评价与决策相关问题进行深入研究,以协同设计方案评价与决策模型的建立为基础,通过离差最大化的方法来确定多属性评价目标的权重系数。同时,针对群决策主体之间的认可度问题,提出基于多视角多属性的群体决策方法,最后通过实例分析,验证所提方法的有效性。本文的主要工作如下:(1)针对产品协同设计方案层的冲突进行分析,按照方案评价决策流程,给出了产品协同设计方案评价的群体决策模型,并对所提评价决策模型的控制问题和约束关系进行了分析。(2)根据产品协同设计方案评价和群体决策的特点,给出了基于离差最大化的多属性产品协同设计方案群决策模型和算法,以解决群体决策中多属性权重系数值的确定和决策者权重系数的确定问题,并给出了相应的实例分析。(3)针对群体决策整个过程中,决策主体彼此间的认可度问题,可以构造决策者之间的视角交互矩阵,给出了一种决策者多视角认可度的产品协同设计方案评价策略,同时与多属性权重系数确定方法相结合,以此完成产品协同设计的方案评价。然后按照最大满意度排序的方法,从中选取最优的决策方案。最后,以变速器的协同设计过程中一个任务产生的阶段性设计方案为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Networked product collaborative design is a kind of advanced design mode which adopts modern advanced design theory to carry on the innovation design to the product under the distributed network environment. It can be regarded as a group of people from different disciplines. Based on distributed design resource sharing, the design goal of a given complex product is achieved by cooperating with each other and cooperating with each other to complete the design goal of a given complex product. The process of product collaborative design can be seen as a process of solving design problems and making decisions. Because of the importance of design parameters concerned by different subjects and domains, different collaborative design schemes will be formed. How to effectively weigh different design objectives and realize group decision-making and evaluation of collaborative design schemes is an important research content in collaborative design process. The theory of group decision making is that according to the relationship between individual preference and collective choice, multi-decision makers concentrate the scheme on group decision making according to the design scheme formed by different individual preferences. The result of the decision is an agreement or compromise between the main body of the decision. Because collaborative design is a product design process which is composed of different disciplines and domain experts, the project decision of collaborative design process has obvious characteristics of group decision. In this paper, the problems related to the scheme evaluation and decision making of product collaborative design are studied in depth, which is based on the establishment of the evaluation and decision model of collaborative design scheme. The weight coefficient of multi-attribute evaluation target is determined by the method of deviation maximization. At the same time, a group decision making method based on multi-view and multi-attribute is proposed to solve the problem of recognition between the main bodies of group decision making. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example analysis. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the analysis of the conflict in the product collaborative design scheme layer, the group decision model of the product collaborative design scheme evaluation is given according to the scheme evaluation decision-making process. The control problem and constraint relation of the proposed evaluation decision model are analyzed. (2) according to the characteristics of product collaborative design scheme evaluation and group decision making, A multi-attribute collaborative design scheme group decision making model and algorithm based on maximization of deviation is presented to solve the problem of determining the value of multi-attribute weight coefficient and the decision maker's weight coefficient in group decision-making. The corresponding examples are given. (3) aiming at the recognition problem between decision makers in the whole process of group decision making, the interaction matrix of view angle between decision makers can be constructed. In this paper, an evaluation strategy of product collaborative design scheme based on decision makers' multi-perspective recognition is presented, which is combined with the method of determining multi-attribute weight coefficient to complete the scheme evaluation of product collaborative design. Then according to the method of maximum satisfaction ranking, the optimal decision scheme is selected. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a phased design scheme generated by a task in the collaborative design process of transmission.
