大倾角层状岩体微差爆破盲炮研究

【摘要】:在一些节理面较明显的大倾角顺层岩体上爆破施工过程中,往往由于施爆网路微差时间设计不合理而导致产生一些盲炮。结合某工程实际地质情况下的爆破工况和爆破效果,计算分析了部分爆破网路中第一个炮孔起爆产生的振动导致层状岩体在软弱结构面产生一个炮孔直径的位移时间小于爆破网路地表总延期时间,致使地表网路还未完全传爆完毕岩体就已发生移动,岩体滑移导致炮孔错位将孔内未传爆导爆管切断而产生的盲炮现象。针对此种情况产生的盲炮,通过计算滑移体滑动一个炮孔的时间,确定了合理的爆破网路总延期时间,消除了盲炮现象,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the process of blasting on rock mass with large dip angle which is obvious in some joints, some blind cannons are often produced due to unreasonable design of millisecond time of blasting network. Combined with the actual geological conditions of a certain project, the blasting conditions and blasting effects are analyzed. It is calculated and analyzed that the displacement time of a hole diameter produced by the first hole initiation in the partial blasting network is less than the total delay time of the blasting network. As a result, the rock mass has been moved before the surface network is completely detonated, and the slip of rock mass leads to the blind gun phenomenon caused by the dislocation of the hole and the cut off of the detonation tube in the hole. In view of the blind gun caused by this situation, the reasonable delay time of blasting network is determined by calculating the time of sliding a hole of sliding body, and the phenomenon of blind gun is eliminated, which has certain reference value for similar projects.
