基于移情理念下的儿童输液产品设计研究

【摘要】：目的针对儿童输液恐惧症,探索儿童输液产品再设计的重要性,细化用户需求,为缓解儿童输液恐惧症提供更多视角。方法以移情理论为指导思想,结合VAS焦虑与疼痛测定法,对40位3~8岁儿童进行门诊实验,依此研究儿童在输液过程中焦虑、恐惧等情绪产生的原因及如何减轻。结果融入移情理念的输液产品能更好地缓解儿童焦虑恐惧症。结论通过改变儿童输液环境的趣味性和科学性,能提高就医舒适度,有效解决输液过程中的不良反应,研究结论可为儿童医疗输液产品的设计提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the importance of redesigning children's transfusion products for children with infused phobia, to refine the needs of users, and to provide more visual angle for alleviating children's transfusion phobia. Methods based on empathy theory and VAS anxiety and pain test, 40 children aged 3 to 8 years old were tested in outpatient clinic. The causes of anxiety and fear during infusion and how to alleviate them were studied. Results Infusion products combined with empathy concept could relieve anxiety phobia of children better. Conclusion by changing the interest and scientific nature of children's infusion environment, the comfort of medical treatment can be improved, and the adverse reactions during infusion can be effectively solved. The research conclusions can provide a reference for the design of children's medical infusion products.
