【摘要】:项目管理作为近年来快速发展起来的管理方式已经逐渐融入到国民生产的各个行业当中,作为国民生产主力军的制造业也越来越多的引入项目管理的思想和方法对原有的流程和生产方法进行改造,而且取得了一定的成效。然而随着行业的发展,人民消费水平的不断提升,制造业的经营方式也从原来的粗放式、集中式生产方式向精益式、订单式方式转变,同时为满足不断提升的客户服务需求,越来越多的企业在售后服务中下功夫,并从中寻找新的利润增长点。 关键链管理方法是近年来发展起来的项目管理方法之一,本文主要讨论运用现代项目管理方法,对制造型企业中的产品返修项目进度进行研究。使用关键链管理方法对项目进度计划进行优化,从而缩短项目周期,改善企业服务水平,提高返修服务质量。主要运用的理论方法是关键链管理理论,分析和讨论了在产品返修项目进度的生成、优化及控制等问题。
[Abstract]:Project management, as a rapidly developing management mode in recent years, has been gradually integrated into the various industries of national production. As the main force of national production, the manufacturing industry has also introduced more and more ideas and methods of project management to reform the original process and production methods, and has achieved certain results. However, with the development of the industry and the continuous improvement of the people's consumption level, the mode of operation of the manufacturing industry has also changed from the original extensive and centralized mode of production to the mode of lean and order mode, and at the same time to meet the increasing customer service needs, More and more enterprises work hard in after-sales service, and look for new profit growth point. The key chain management method is one of the project management methods developed in recent years. This paper mainly discusses how to use modern project management method to study the progress of product rework project in manufacturing enterprises. The key chain management method is used to optimize the project schedule so as to shorten the project cycle, improve the service level of enterprises and improve the service quality of rework. The main theoretical method is the key chain management theory. This paper analyzes and discusses the generation, optimization and control of the progress of the product rework project.
