Z公司二期生产车间设施布局设计

【摘要】:合理的生产车间设施布局是降低企业生产成本,提高生产效率,提升产品竞争力的重要因素之一。目前国内外有很多对大型制造业设施布局的研究,很多学者将部分启发式算法算法运用到这一领域。本文结合系统布置技术(SLP)与遗传算法(GA),以Z公司为主要研究对象,对Z公司二期生产车间设施布局提供设计方案。本论文的主要内容包括: 首先,通过对国内外车间设施布局研究现状进行理论分析,明确论文研究方向。先对车间设施布局的基础理论知识进行研究,后详细分析系统布置技术(SLP)的优缺点,并分析车间设施布局数学模型与遗传算法在车间设施布局中的运用,明确论文的研究方法。 其次,对Z公司生产组织进行分析,包括工艺流程、工时定额、设备需求等分析,获得系统布置技术(SLP)车间设施布局的原始要素。根据原始要素,分析作业单元物流关系;在实际约束条件下进行数学建模,以各作业单元相互之间物流量总成本为目标函数,计算出符合目标函数的最优布局方案出。 再次,通过SLP方法计算出的作业单元间的综合关系对提出方案进行调整,通过点评估法选出符合Z公司实际情况的车间设施布局方案最佳方案。 最后,针对Z公司二期生产车间,提出物料搬运设计方案、作业单元内布局方案,建立6S现场管理体系。
[Abstract]:Rational layout of production workshop facilities is one of the important factors to reduce production cost, improve production efficiency and enhance product competitiveness. At present, there are many researches on the layout of large manufacturing facilities at home and abroad, and many scholars apply some heuristic algorithms to this field. In this paper, combining the system layout technology (SLP) and genetic algorithm (GA), taking Z Company as the main research object, this paper provides the design scheme for the layout of the second phase production workshop facility of Z Company. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, through the theoretical analysis of the present situation of workshop facility layout at home and abroad, the research direction of this paper is clear. The basic theoretical knowledge of workshop facility layout is studied first, then the advantages and disadvantages of (SLP) are analyzed in detail, and the application of mathematical model and genetic algorithm of workshop facility layout in workshop facility layout is analyzed. Make clear the research method of the paper. Secondly, the production organization of Z Company is analyzed, including process flow, man-hour quota, equipment requirement and so on, and the original elements of (SLP) workshop layout are obtained. According to the original elements, the logistics relationship of the job unit is analyzed, and the mathematical model is established under the condition of actual constraints. The optimal layout scheme is calculated by taking the total cost of the material flow among the operation units as the objective function. Thirdly, the proposed scheme is adjusted by the comprehensive relationship between the operation units calculated by the SLP method, and the optimal layout scheme of workshop facilities is selected by the point evaluation method in accordance with the actual situation of Z Company. Finally, aiming at the second phase production workshop of Z Company, the design scheme of material handling and the layout scheme of operation unit are put forward, and the 6S field management system is established.
