包装热封微孔孔道气体交换模型的建立及验证

【摘要】:目的建立包装袋热封微孔孔道内外气体交换模型,并对其进行实验验证。方法基于泊肃叶定律建立包装袋热封微孔孔道内外气体交换模型,并通过改变孔道直径、孔长以及内外压差等相关参数进行实验验证。结果当微孔直径为100,140,180μm时,气体交换的实验值与模型值误差基本维持在5%以内;随着孔道直径、内外压差的增大,微孔孔道气体交换量增加,且变化显著;对初始内外压差、孔径一定的微孔孔道,改变孔长对气体交换有一定影响。结论所建立的气体内外交换模型的预测值与实验值吻合度高。
[Abstract]:Aim to establish and verify the gas exchange model of heat sealing micropore channel in packaging bag. Methods based on the law of Poisuer, the gas exchange model of the heat sealing microhole channel was established, and the experimental results were verified by changing the diameter, the length of the pore and the pressure difference between inside and outside. Results when the diameter of the micropore was 100140180 渭 m, the error between the experimental value and the model value of the gas exchange was kept within 5%, and the gas exchange capacity of the micropore increased significantly with the increase of the diameter of the pore and the pressure difference. The change of pore length has certain influence on gas exchange for the initial pressure difference between inside and outside and the pore channel with certain pore diameter. Conclusion the predicted values of the model are in good agreement with the experimental data.
