D公司装配工艺管理的优化研究

【摘要】:复杂产品制造是工业化的重要组成部分,涉及国防航空、国计民生的方方面面,如卫星、导弹、轮船、飞机、精密仪器和设备、金融系统等等。在某方面而言,复杂产品的制造水平直接体现了工业化的程度。复杂产品的制造水平又与其制造工艺的设计、管理密切相关。制造工艺直接决定复杂产品的质量、生产效率。然而,在国内各大企业里普遍存在着重设计轻工艺的思想,企业里对工艺设计及管理的发展关注不够,以致工艺设计及管理水平跟国际先进水平尚有一定的差距。因此,呼吁企业重视工艺设计及管理,提高工艺设计及管理的水平,是提高复杂产品制造质量的需要,符合企业和国家发展的需求。也有越来越多的企业和专家学者注意到工艺方面的问题,展开了各种研究。本论文对D公司的复杂产品装配工艺管理进行优化研究,以期能为同类型甚至其他类型企业的工艺管理提供参考及借鉴。D公司是设计及生产复杂产品的国营大公司,在其公司工作实践中,对其展开的调查研究中发现D公司装配工艺管理的现状不如人意,存在着种种问题,导致其工艺工作的开展效率低、抱怨多。在对其工艺工作的内容进行分析及归纳分类后,将其工艺工作内容归类为三大部分:工艺计划管理、工艺信息管理、装配现场工艺管理。分别对这三个部分的内容进行详细的现状调查。在对工艺计划管理现状原因分析时发现造成其现状困境的主要原因是工艺计划管理流程设置不合理及信息化程度太低,其工艺计划管理流程周期长,流程效率低。论文基于精益管理思想的指导,对其工艺计划管理流程进行优化设置,缩短了其流程周期,提高工作效率。论文运用TRIZ理论中的创新思维方法的九屏幕法对D公司工艺信息管理系统进行分析,发现其工艺信息管理系统存在的最大问题就是信息化程度低。针对此问题,论文使用TRIZ理论中的寻找资源路径方法在公司内外部进行资源分析,寻找最优方法进行优化,最后确定引进专业化设计公司进行针对性设计。设计出来的计算机辅助工艺设计CAPP系统从功能上分析,完全能满足D公司目前工艺信息管理的需求。论文进一步提出可以使用TRIZ理论方法及工具来优化CAPP系统在实施过程中遇到的问题。对装配现场工艺管理的问题,论文使用鱼骨图根本原因分析方法来分析,利用鱼骨图找到三个方面的问题及根本原因。然后论文使用精益管理思想、TOC约束理论思想与TRIZ理论方法和工具相结合的方法分别对这三个方面进行了优化。
[Abstract]:The manufacture of complex products is an important part of industrialization, involving national defense aviation, national economy and people's livelihood, such as satellites, missiles, ships, aircraft, precision instruments and equipment, financial systems and so on. In a way, the manufacturing level of complex products directly reflects the degree of industrialization. The manufacturing level of complex products is closely related to the design and management of manufacturing process. Manufacturing process directly determines the quality and production efficiency of complex products. However, the idea of emphasizing design and neglecting technology is common in all the domestic enterprises, and the development of process planning and management is not enough, so there is still a certain gap between the level of process design and management and the international advanced level. Therefore, calling on enterprises to pay attention to process planning and management and improve the level of process planning and management is the need to improve the manufacturing quality of complex products and meet the needs of the development of enterprises and countries. There are more and more enterprises and experts and scholars pay attention to the process of problems, carried out a variety of research. In this paper, the assembly process management of complex products in D Company is optimized, in order to provide reference for the process management of the same type and even other types of enterprises. Company D is a large state-owned company that designs and produces complex products. In the practice of the company, it is found that the present situation of the assembly process management in company D is not satisfactory and there are various problems, which leads to the low efficiency and many complaints of the process work. After analyzing and classifying the contents of the process work, the contents of the process work are classified into three parts: process planning management, process information management and assembly site process management. The contents of these three parts are investigated in detail. It is found that the main reasons for the present predicament of process planning management are the unreasonable setting of process planning management process and the low degree of informatization. The process planning management process cycle is long and the process efficiency is low. Under the guidance of lean management, this paper optimizes the process planning management process, shortens the process cycle and improves the working efficiency. This paper analyzes the process information management system of D Company by using the nine-screen method, which is the innovative thinking method in TRIZ theory, and finds that the biggest problem in the process information management system is the low level of informatization. In order to solve this problem, the paper uses the method of finding resource path in TRIZ theory to analyze the resources inside and outside the company, find the best method to optimize, and finally determine the introduction of specialized design company to carry out targeted design. The computer aided process Planning (CAPP) system can fully meet the needs of D Company's current process information management. The paper further puts forward that TRIZ theory method and tools can be used to optimize the problems encountered in the implementation of CAPP system. For the problem of assembly site process management, the paper uses the method of fish bone chart to analyze the root cause, and uses fish bone diagram to find the three problems and the root cause. Then the paper optimizes the three aspects by using lean management theory, TOC constraint theory and TRIZ theory and tools.
