普莱克斯八万立方空分控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】:所谓空分,简言之就是空气分离,即将空气中的主要成分,氧气、氮气、二氧化碳以及氩气等分离出来,达到各种纯度、温度以及压力要求的各种产品。所谓空分系统,就是要完成上述所有要求的精确可靠的控制系统。 空分由于其行业特殊性,也存在一些特殊的潜在危险因素,比如:火灾(纯氧),容器爆炸(压力设备爆炸),中毒和窒息(高纯气体泄露)以及冻伤等等。普莱克斯作为全球空分行业中最注重安全生产的公司,对生产运营安全非常的重视,反映到我们仪器仪表专业就是我们有专门的环境氧检测系统,故障状态下的Emergency ShutDown System或者区域隔离系统以及独立的火灾报警系统和紧急状态下的逃生系统等。 本项目是为安徽华谊化工有限公司的配套装置,主要是按照该厂的生产需求设计,为该厂配套提供高纯度的氧气和氮气。主要气体的产量是O2:80000Nm3/h, N2:20000Nm3/h。用气量比较巨大而且稳定,其纯度要求在99.5%-99.9%之间,因此本项目选择深冷分离。 本文的研究目的是运用Praxair的专利技术,搭建一套可靠高效节能环保的全厂控制系统。主要研究内容包括控制平台的选定,按照既定的工艺参数进行全厂仪表的选型,完成相应控制回路的管线以及电路连接图纸设计,配合软件部门完成全厂软件件联合调试,另外还包括设计安全的环境氧检测系统、火灾报警系统、逃生系统、区域隔离系统等等的设计与实施,保证全厂系统全面建立,安全实施。
[Abstract]:The so-called air separation, in short, is the separation of the main components of the air, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and so on, to achieve various purity, temperature and pressure requirements of a variety of products. The so-called air separation system is to complete all the above-mentioned accurate and reliable control system. Because of its industry particularity, air separation also has some special potential risk factors, such as fire (pure oxygen), vessel explosion (pressure equipment explosion), poisoning and asphyxiation (high purity gas leakage) and frostbite, etc. Plaix, as the most safe production company in the global air separation industry, attaches great importance to the safety of production and operation, reflecting that our instrumentation specialty is that we have specialized environmental oxygen detection systems. Fault Emergency ShutDown System or area isolation system, independent fire alarm system and emergency escape system, etc. This project is for Anhui Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd., mainly designed according to the production requirements of the plant to provide high purity oxygen and nitrogen for the plant. The main gas output is O 2: 800 Nm 3 / h, N 2: 200 N m 3 / h. The volume of gas is large and stable, its purity is between 99.5% and 99.9%, so this project chooses cryogenic separation. The purpose of this paper is to set up a set of reliable, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection control system by using the patent technology of Praxair. The main research contents include the selection of the control platform, the selection of the whole plant instrument according to the established process parameters, the completion of the design of the corresponding control circuit pipeline and circuit connection drawing, and the joint debugging of the whole factory software parts with the software department. It also includes the design and implementation of a safe environmental oxygen detection system, a fire alarm system, an escape system, an area isolation system, and so on, to ensure the overall establishment and safe implementation of the whole plant system.
