反省心理学在复杂情感诉求型产品设计中的应用

【摘要】:随着经济的不断发展,21世纪进入了体验经济时代。在物质需求得到极大满足的同时,人们开始逐渐关注精神享受,把注意力转移到了满足自己的情感需求。 近年来,人们来自各个方面的压力越来越大,都在寻找一种方法解决情感释放和情感寄托的问题。生活压力的日益增大以及人与人之间,人与社会之间,人与环境之间等各种关系的复杂化导致人们的情感需求的表现形式由单一化转变为复杂化,但如今人们都忽略了如何解决复杂情感需求的问题。本文就是从“反省心理学”角度出发,注重“反省”原则和复杂情感需求出现形式的对应关系,进而对如何通过玩具这一载体满足定位人群复杂情感需求进行指导和研究。 本文首先对玩具及成年人玩具进行了分析调研,了解到近年来玩具作为人们身边的“心理医生”辅助解决了人们很多情感需求问题。其次,分析“反省”心理学中的“反省”原则作为一种设计的原则与产品设计有着非常密切的关系。再次,深入了解了成年人的生活状态以及在此基础上出现的情感需求复杂化的形式,并且把“反省”原则与复杂情感出现形式之间建立起对应关系,,得出它们之间的内在联系。最后,以具体地设计实践为例,把“反省”原则与复杂情感需求出现形式之间的内在联系应用于实际设计案例中,以设计出能够从满足定位人群精神愉悦的角度出发的、解决她们复杂的情感需求的产品。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the 21 st century has entered the era of experience economy. At the same time, people begin to pay close attention to spiritual enjoyment and turn their attention to satisfying their emotional needs. In recent years, people are under more and more pressure from all aspects, they are looking for a way to solve the problem of emotional release and emotional sustenance. The increasing pressure of life and the complexity of the relationships between people, society, people and environment lead to the change of expression form of people's emotional needs from singularity to complexity. But now people are missing out on how to solve complex emotional needs. From the perspective of "introspection psychology", this paper focuses on the corresponding relationship between the principle of "introspection" and the appearance of complex emotional needs, and then gives guidance and research on how to meet the complex emotional needs of people by means of toys. Based on the analysis of toys and adult toys, this paper finds out that toys, as "psychologists" around people, have solved a lot of emotional needs in recent years. Secondly, it analyzes that the principle of introspection in the psychology of introspection is closely related to product design as a kind of design principle. Thirdly, we deeply understand the adults' living conditions and the complicated forms of emotional needs on this basis, and establish a corresponding relationship between the principle of "introspection" and the appearance of complex emotions, and find out the internal relations between them. Finally, taking the concrete design practice as an example, the internal relation between the principle of "introspection" and the appearance of complex emotional needs is applied to the actual design case, and the design can start from the angle of satisfying the spiritual pleasure of the locating crowd. Products that address their complex emotional needs.
