基于人机工程学的康复训练人机接口研究与设计

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞快发展以及居民生活水平的不断提高,部分伤残患者能够通过康复训练,重新恢复健康,但康复训练器材短缺的问题也日益凸显。为了提高康复训练的效率和质量,康复训练器材也越来越多的受到人们的关注。科技发展和高新技术的应用促使康复训练器材在功能上已经逐渐满足康复患者的需要。但是考虑到康复患者生理,心理的特殊情况,如何保证康复训练过程的安全和舒适,已经成为康复训练器材设计亟需解决的问题。本课题从人机工程学角度出发,提出了通过使用康复训练人机接口来实现科学,安全康复训练的解决方案,为康复患者的康复训练提供新的探索。 本课题首先对现有的普通健身器材和康复训练器材进行对比,引出康复训练人机接口这一课题。通过对人机接口的定义,和现有人机接口案例的分析,总结出人机接口设计的要点。 接着从人机工程学角度出发,对人机工程学理论体系和方法进行论述。从 人   机   人机系统 三方面对康复训练人机接口进行人机工程学分析和研究。结合康复医学的知识,对康复患者的生理,,心理特征进行分析,并且对康复训练人机接口进行功能分析。最终实现康复患者,康复训练人机接口系统的和谐统一。 在理论分析的基础上,以MOTOmed上肢康复训练器材为例,针对脑卒中偏瘫患者,进行上肢康复训练人机接口的设计实践,主要从下面两方面进行: 一方面根据康复训练人机接口的功能需求,设计康复训练人机接口的结构方案,对设计方案进行分析和评价。最终确定了以连接装置和安全防护装置组成的康复训练人机接口的结构方案。该结构主要使用了弹簧钢片和粘扣带,通过对粘扣带的力学试验和整体结构的运动仿真分析,验证其结构方案的可行性。  另一方面从外观造型方面对康复训练人机接口进行设计,通过对影响产品形态的因素进行分析,从产品功能,比例尺寸,材料和工艺,颜色搭配等方面,对康复训练人机接口的外观造型进行研究。结合上结构设计方案,最终提出康复训练人机接口的造型设计方案。 本文通过对康复训练人机接口的人机工程学设计的具体分析和研究,体现了 以人为中心 的设计理念,对康复训练器材的设计提供了新的发展方向,更重要的是该人机接口可以推广、普及到简单的健身器材上面,为解决现阶段康复训练器材短缺问题提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, some disabled patients can recover their health through rehabilitation training, but the shortage of rehabilitation training equipment is also increasingly prominent. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of rehabilitation training, more and more people pay attention to rehabilitation training equipment. The development of science and technology and the application of high-tech promote rehabilitation training equipment to meet the needs of rehabilitation patients. However, how to ensure the safety and comfort of rehabilitation training process has become an urgent problem to be solved in the design of rehabilitation training equipment considering the special physiological and psychological conditions of rehabilitated patients. From the point of view of ergonomics, this paper puts forward a solution to realize scientific and safe rehabilitation training by using the man-machine interface of rehabilitation training, which provides a new exploration for rehabilitation training of rehabilitated patients. This subject first compares the existing general fitness equipment and rehabilitation training equipment, and leads to the subject of rehabilitation training man-machine interface. The main points of man-machine interface design are summarized through the definition of man-machine interface and the analysis of existing man-machine interface cases. Then from the point of view of ergonomics, the theoretical system and methods of ergonomics are discussed. The ergonomics analysis and research on the man-machine interface of rehabilitation training are carried out from three aspects of man-machine system. Combined with the knowledge of rehabilitation medicine, the physiological and psychological characteristics of rehabilitated patients were analyzed, and the function of man-machine interface in rehabilitation training was analyzed. Finally, the rehabilitation of patients, rehabilitation training system of man-machine interface harmonious unity. On the basis of theoretical analysis, taking MOTOmed upper limb rehabilitation training equipment as an example, the design practice of the man-machine interface of upper limb rehabilitation training for stroke hemiplegic patients is introduced. On the one hand, according to the functional requirements of rehabilitation training man-machine interface, the structural scheme of rehabilitation training man-machine interface is designed, and the design scheme is analyzed and evaluated. Finally, the structure of rehabilitation training man-machine interface composed of connecting device and safety protection device is determined. The spring steel sheet and clasp belt are mainly used in the structure. The feasibility of the structure scheme is verified by the mechanical test of the clasping belt and the motion simulation analysis of the whole structure. On the other hand, the human-computer interface for rehabilitation training is designed from the aspect of appearance and modeling. Through the analysis of the factors that affect the product form, from the aspects of product function, proportional size, material and technology, color collocation, etc. This paper studies the appearance of human-machine interface in rehabilitation training. Combined with the upper structure design scheme, finally put forward the rehabilitation training man-machine interface modeling design scheme. Through the concrete analysis and research on the ergonomics design of the man-machine interface for rehabilitation training, this paper embodies the human-centered design concept and provides a new development direction for the design of rehabilitation training equipment. More importantly, the man-machine interface can be popularized and popularized to simple fitness equipment, which provides a new way of thinking to solve the shortage of rehabilitation training equipment at present.
