基于网络分析的制造车间瓶颈识别方法研究

【摘要】:车间制造系统中的瓶颈问题对其系统的产出价值有着重要的影响。针对复杂制造环境下瓶颈辨识困难这一问题,从复杂网络视角出发,提出一种基于网络分析的制造车间瓶颈识别方法。根据设备、部门、车间、人员、工段、工艺路线及物流路径等多层次生产数据建立复杂制造车间网络模型。基于网络模型,提取与瓶颈度相关的网络特征参数,用网络拓扑来描述制造车间的内部关联结构;提出衡量车间网络瓶颈的瓶颈贡献程度概念,将网络瓶颈度大小作为车间瓶颈识别的一个指标,并给出瓶颈度的计算算法。最后,以某车间的具体生产过程为例,通过对比分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The bottleneck problem in workshop manufacturing system has an important influence on the output value of workshop manufacturing system. Aiming at the difficulty of bottleneck identification in complex manufacturing environment, a method of bottleneck identification for manufacturing workshop based on network analysis is proposed from the point of view of complex network. Build a complex manufacturing workshop network model based on equipment, department, workshop, personnel, section, process route and logistics path. Based on the network model, the network characteristic parameters related to bottleneck degree are extracted, and the internal correlation structure of manufacturing workshop is described by network topology. In this paper, the concept of bottleneck contribution degree of workshop network bottleneck is proposed. The size of network bottleneck degree is regarded as an index to identify workshop bottleneck, and the calculation algorithm of bottleneck degree is given. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by comparison and analysis, taking the concrete production process of a workshop as an example.
